Chapter Thirty One: Realization

          The boys walked over to the siblings and moved into a group hug. Chanyeol then patted Sohyun's back. Sohyun lifted her head and met Chanyeol's gaze. Her eyes were puffy from all the crying she had done for the past hour.

          "Don't cry. He will be fine." Chanyeol said trying to cheer her up. Sohyun sniffed as her tears began to fall once again.

          "Aish... Come here." Chanyeol said pulling Sohyun in a hug.

          "You boys should go back to the dorm and rest. I'll just give you an update later. Sohyun~ah, you too. You should stay at our parents' house... At least for the night." Suho ordered after a while.

          "I'm not going anywhere. I won't be able to rest anyway, knowing Baekhyun's still in there. I'd just stay here and wait." Sohyun told her brother.

          Knowing how determined his sister can be at times, Suho had no choice but to let his sister stay.

          "Fine. You can stay. The rest of you...." Suho began.

          "Wai... Wai... Wait. If Sohyun is staying, I will stay too." Chanyeol said.

          "Nado! I'd stay too." Sehun said rasing his hand.

          "Aniyo! I don't think the hospital is going to allow that many people here. And besides with all those paparazzi waiting outside, we're bound to attract more attention. Okay, here's a thing, how about I let only one of you stay? You decide on your own who ever it is." Suho said using his authority as the group's leader.

          The two played rock paper scissors, Chanyeol won. In the end, the older members had to drag their maknae's tantrum-throwing-ass away.

          Baekhyun's parents came about an hour later and joined them in waiting for the doctor's findings. Sohyun felt a little bit embarrassed meeting Baekhyun's parents. She nervously bowed down to greet them.

          "You must be Sohyun our Baekhyun has been talking about?" Baekhyun's mother said surprising Sohyun.

          "You know about me Ajumma?" Sohyun asked.

          "Call me Eomma." Baekhyun's mother smiled.

          "Of course, Baekhyun told us a lot about you." Baekhyun's mother said.

           "He practically talked about you non - stop. Whenever he calls us, it's "Sohyun this" and "Sohyun that"." Baekhyun's dad said shaking his head but smiled nonetheless.

          "Our boy was right. You really are beautiful. Well no wonder, seeing how handsome your older brother is." Baekhyun's mother said. Suho smiled at the old lady.

          "Eommeo~nim, I'm really sorry that we had to meet in this kind of situation." Sohyun said apologetically.

          "We wanted to meet you earlier really. But Baekhyun said you might feel pressured if you meet the person you are dating's parents on your first date." Baekhyun's mother said.

          "Ne. That would be quite embarrassing." Sohyun said giving Chanyeol a side glance who seemed to have sprayed the coffee he was drinking upon hearing what Baekhyun's mother said.

          It's almost midnight when the doctor finally saw them. They all stood up nervously as the doctor approach them.

          "Doctor, how is my son?" Baekhyun's mom asked.

          "He has a mild concussion and he sprained his right arm so, he must wear a cast for at least 6 weeks. But all in all, He's going to be fine. You can all go see him now." The doctor said.
