Chapter Forty Two: Out in Public

          That day, Sohyun woke up from a very bad dream. She can't remember clearly what it was about but when she woke up her heart hurts so much and tears flowed freely down her cheeks.

          She was still sobbing when her phone rang.

          "Yeo... Yeoboseyo?" She answered with a sniff.

          "Good morning sleepy head. Rise and.... Jamkan, Jagiya, are you crying? What's wrong?" Chanyeol asked in panic.

         "Ani. It's nothing. I just had a bad dream, that's all." Sohyun said.

          "Are you sure?" Chanyeol asked.

          "Positive." Sohyun said.

          "Alright. Uljima, araji? Aish! I wish I was there with you right now so I can hold you." Chanyeol said.

          "I'm fine, don't worry. Why did you call so early anyway?" Sohyun asked.

          "Well, It's a beautiful day, so I thought I should give my favorite girl a morning call." Chanyeol said.

          "Thanks for always thinking of me." Sohyun said smiling.

          "Hey, just doing my job. No biggie. Well, I got to go. We're on our way to Gocheok Skydome for a last minute rehearsal. So, see you this afternoon? It's chilly outside so don't forget to wear something warm okay?" Chanyeol asked.

          "Ne, arasseo. You too. See you this afternoon. Bye." Sohyun said as she hung up.

          Sohyun run her hands through face and hair as she tried to calm herself up. Today is the first day of EXO's concert tour and her first time watching the group's concert as an official family member. 

          For the past five years since the group debuted, Sohyun had only supported her brother in the shadows. She'd watch the concert, but she had never sat where family members should. But now that the cat's out of the bag, she can proudly support her brother and her friends.

          Sohyun has been very anxious since her family left the house. As soon as they reached their destination, Sohyun looked outside the car and just as she thought, there are fans already waiting outside the concert hall.

          Sohyun felt even more conscious as fans began to take their pictures as soon as they got out of their car. It was a good thing her eldest brother had his arm around her protectively.

          "Omona! By the looks of it, you're now almost as popular as Junmyeon, princess. People kept on taking your picture." Her eldest brother said.

          "Oppa, that's not funny." Sohyun said rolling her eyes. Her eldest brother just chuckled.

          To her dismay, even as they made their way to their respective seats and greeted the other member's families and even as the concert progresses, fans would still take their pictures making Sohyun even more uncomfortable. Fans near them would watch out for any reactions coming from them.

          "Are you okay dear?" Chanyeol's mom; who was sitting next to her, asked.

          "Ne, Eommeonim. It's just that I'm just not used to a lot of people looking at me." Sohyun said.
