Chapter Thirty Nine: Secrets and Lies

          With all things settled between Sohyun and Sehun. The group then decided to celebrate; Baekhyun's recovery, the postponed end of filming after party, and Chanyeol and Sohyun's official relationship. Everyone was on full party mode, all except Baekhyun. How can he celebrate something that's hurting him inside? Still, he didn't let his brothers know about his pain.

         They had a lot of food and drinks. They sang and danced and played and got drunk until the only ones still sober where Sohyun and Baekhyun. Baekhyn can't drink a lot as he's still in medication. Sohyun wanted to drink a lot but the boys won't let her, much to her chagrin.

          "Yah! Yah! Yeoleobun, I would like to present to you.... nae yeoja chingu."Chanyeol drunkenly announced. Sohyun shook her head in embarrassment.

          "Aish jinja! Urin ara! You've said that a dozen times already." D.O rebuffed.

          "Ani! That's not your girlfriend. That's my baby sister!" Suho said.

          "Sohyun~ah, I still can't believe you'd pick this clown." Kai said.

          "I still refuse to believe." Sehun said.

          "It would've been better if you've chosen Sehun." Xiumin said.

          "Majayo!" Sehun exclaimed.

          "Wait! So, It's not a joke?" Chen said jokingly.

          "Ani! Sohyun-eun nae yeoja chingu ya. My very pretty girlfriend. Right, jagiya?" Chanyeol asked wrapping an arm around Sohyun's neck.

          "Ne. Ne. Majayo. Aish! That's enough alcohol for you. For all of you." Sohyun said.

          "Aish! I don't think we'd be able to carry them all upstairs to the bedroom. They can all just sleep here. Can you help me get some pillows and blankets?" Sohyun said as she stood up. 

          She then proceeded to go upstairs, Baekhyun followed suit.

           "Sohyun~ah. "Baekhyun called.

          "Ne, Baekhyun~ssi?" Sohyun answered.

          They were both carrying some blankets and pillows. Sohyun was struggling with the ones she was carrying as Baekhyun walk behind her.

          "Do you love Chanyeol?" Baekhyun suddenly asked, taking Sohyun aback making her stop on her tracks.

          "Why would you ask such a silly question? I chose him, didn't I? He's my boyfriend now." Sohyun said.

          "You didn't answer my question." Baekhyun insisted. Sohyun remained rooted in her place.

          "I love him..." Sohyun said biting her lower lip.

          "Look at me. Look me straight in the eyes and tell me you love him." Baekhyun demanded.

          "Sohyun~ah." Baekhyun called.

         Sohyun took a deep breath and turned around. She moved closer to Baekhyun meeting his gaze.

          "I love Chanyeol. I wouldn't have chosen him over you and Sehun if I don't. Does this answer your question?" Sohyun asked.

          "A-Arasseo. I'll leave you alone then." Baekhyun said walking away.
