A/n I've gotten really far ahead and want to get the ball rolling f ok r some of this cause I'm hoping to get this prepped for something BIG so I'm gonna try and put these teasers out when I can but the regular chapters are going to stay on Wednesday's only.
Jerome's Pov
I sighed softly, my breath creating a cloud, winter seemed to have snuck up on us. Thankfully the cold didn't bother me much, however the rest of the kingdom was another story, all of the recruits had began storing up their rations for this winter, with so much happening we had lost track of how much food we needed, which resulted in a shortage for the winter, our hope is that it's not to harsh this year. Last year had hit us hard, we had enough food, but a virus had spread throughout the kingdom, it was terrible, we were unable to defend ourselves with how many people got ill, thankfully none of our enemies saw our weakness and attacked.
