(Metaverse, Madarame's Palace)
The Phantom Thieves had re-entered Madarame's palace, and ventured through Madarame's Museum only to be blocked by Infrared Lasers and a giant door with no way through
"Infrared lasers, there's no way to get past them", Light said
"The level of security only proves there's something worth protecting up ahead", Mona stated
"Wait there's something written on this sign", Panther said as everyone walked up to it and Panther read it out-loud
"All personnel: this door can only be opened via the security room that lies beyond it, please be cautious, as it is impossible to open it from the outside".
"So, it's never gonna open, how are we supposed to get past", Skull asked
"Wait... that door... I think I've seen it somewhere... Oh right, that's the same door I saw earlier; Guys, let's head back", Mona said
"Huh, why", Skull asked curiously
"I think I know what real-world door that's based on, there may be a way to open it, I'll explain later, come on, let's go", Mona stated as everyone left the Palace.
(Real World, Shibuya, Access-way)
"I've seen that door in Madarame's house, it's on the second floor", Morgana stated
"And how are we to open the doors inside the palace", Ryuji asked
"We just have to open the door in front of Madarame's eyes", Morgana explained
"And how are we gonna get into the house", Ryuji asked confused
"Ann, she can take the job and I'll be there to take the hefty lock off", Morgana said, "but it will take some time though, we'll have to have you play the role of decoy Lady Ann",
"Do I have to", Ann whined
"There's no other choice", Akira said
"He right, if we were to go with you, Yusuke might report us to the Police", Luna stated
"Yup, all you gotta do is trick Yusuke, have him take you to that room, then just open the door", Ryuji said
"Fine, I'll do it, for Justice", Ann said
(The Next Day, After School, Shibuya, Madarame's Shack)
Ann and Morgana arrived at Madarame's Shack, Ann had put on all her clothes that she could get from her closet while Morgana worked on the locked door; Ann had taken off most of the clothes she wore, leaving her in a tank top and shorts, and she then left the room making her way towards the door where Morgana was, Yusuke following behind trying to tell her to go back; however, Madarame came home, just as Morgana got the lock off and Ann pulled Yusuke into the room, right in front of Madarame
(Meanwhile, Metaverse, Madarame's Palace)
Joker, Light, and Skull waited for what felt like the longest time until the infrared lasers were off and the door opened up; Joker, Light, and Skull ran forward to the security room and made sure the door stayed opened; with security down, everyone headed to the courtyard, however, a voice was heard and Yusuke came in, falling from the sky, then Panther came in falling from the sky, however Yusuke caught her, then Mona who fell on Yusuke's head, making him fall down; looking around, Yusuke asked many questions, after explaining to Yusuke where he was at, he soon held his stomach as if he was about to throw up.
"Are you ok", Panther asked worried about Yusuke
"I'm trying to be rational but all my emotions are overwhelming me", Yusuke muttered
"The security levels rising, we have to get out of here", Mona stated, panic in his voice
"You can lean on my shoulder", Joker said helping Yusuke up
"No, it's alright", Yusuke reassured as everyone started to head towards the exit being careful with Yusuke until... shadows appeared, blocking their exit and a man dressed in gold robes came in laughing.
"Welcome to the museum of the master artist, Madarame", Shadow Madarame greeted, "where all the artist's I take in are nothing but puppets to me",
"But what about the people who believe in you, who think you're a master artist", Yusuke asked
"I'll tell you this alone, Yusuke, if you wish to succeed in this world, I'd advise you don't go against me", Shadow Madarame said laughing
"To think I was under the care of this wretched man", Yusuke mumbled
"You thought I took you in our of the goodness of my heart... I tire of this chat, it's time that I..." Shadow Madarame laughed but was interrupted by Yusuke
"You are unforgivable, it doesn't matter who you are, I won't forgive you", Yusuke shouted in anger
"So, you repay my keeping you around for all these years with ingratitude... You brat, men dispose of these thieves", Shadow Madarame yelled in anger as the shadows started to advance towards everyone.
"How amusing...it seems the truth is stranger than fiction, I wanted to believe it wasn't true... I had clouded my vision for so long... my eyes were truly blind... blind and unable to see the true self behind this one horrible man...", Yusuke shouted before he held his head in pain.
"Have you finally come to your senses"
"Let us now forge a contract"
"I am thou, thou art I"
"Come, Goemon", Yusuke shouted as he ripped the mask off his face and his Persona appeared; with one move, he defeated all the shadows surrounding them; scared, Shadow Madarame fled, Yusuke attempted to run forward only to fall down to his knees
"Why can't I move", Yusuke asked confused
"Listen, your totally drained, you can't do much even if you want to", Panther explained as everyone moved towards the museum entrance.
"You've known for quite some time, haven't you", Panther asked
"I'm no fool, strange people have been coming for years, and the plagiarism was an everyday affair", Yusuke stated
"Why didn't you leave, Kitagawa-kun", Panther asked
"Sensei was like a father to me, I never really knew my own father", Yusuke explained
"Have you heard the rumors about the Phantom Thieves", Skull asked
"Don't tell me...", Yusuke began but more shadows came in.
"Run now, talk later", Light yelled
"When did my clothes change", Yusuke asked more confused than ever
"You just noticed that", Ryuji asked
"Save it for later, let's go", Panther yelled as everyone ran out of the Palace.
(Real world, Shibuya, Diner)
Everyone had told Yusuke about their first mission with Kamoshida, which answered his questions from before, though he was still confused, it wasn't like before
"It's hard to believe they exist", Yusuke mumbled
"We're right in front of you", Akira said
"Indeed, I have to believe your words, especially after seeing a world like that... let me join, as a member of The Phantom Thieves", Yusuke begged and with a unanimous vote, Yusuke was now an official member.
"We have a new member in the Phantom Thieves now", Ann said with a smile
"Welcome aboard", Akira said
"Thank You, I ask that you coach me well; by the way, what's that", Yusuke asked pointing to Morgana
"It's a cat", Ryuji responded
"But it's talking", Yusuke asked confused
"Got a problem with that", Morgana asked
"No", Yusuke said as everyone laughed including Yusuke.
