Makoto knows?!

A week had passed since the mission in the Metaverse; as the deadline came, Madarame appeared on T.V. and he was crying.

"I... I have committed crimes that are unbecoming of an artist, plainly put... I, um... plagiarized work... I-I... tainted this... this country's art world... and... even Sayuri... H-How could I... I possibly... apologize to-- to everyone for... for what I've done", Madarame said as he broke down crying.

After the program ended the only thing the people had known about was the calling cards posted by the Phantom Thieves; and a majority of people were talking about them.

(Daytime, Shibuya, Access-way)

"You guys see the news about Madarame, it's just like what happened with Kamoshida", Ryuji asked

"And they mentioned the Phantom Thieves", Ann stated

"We will have to be more careful from now on, with everything going around", Morgana stated

"You mean people might just listen to us", Ann asked confused

"Eh, it'll be fine, were the only ones worrying about it", Ryuji said calmly

"I guess your right", Ann said

"So, now we prep up for our next mission I guess", Luna said as everyone nodded in agreement and walked away, little did they know that Makoto was watching them from afar; A week had gone by after Madarame's confession, Akira, Luna, Ryuji, Ann, and Yusuke returned to their normal lives, and talks about a mafia gang had been flying around all over Shujin Academy

(After school, Shibuya, Access-way)

Akira and Luna exited the train on our way to the hideout, they were to meet up with the others and go to Mementos; however, out of the corner of Luna's eye... she saw a figure in a female Shujin uniform and a magazine to cover her face... it was Makoto; she quickly hid when Luna turned her head towards her direction.

"You ok", Akira asked curiously.

"Yeah, hey, could you go on without me, there's something I forgot to do", Luna asked as Akira nodded his head, "Thanks, I'll make it up to you guys, promise",

As they walked in different directions, Makoto walked out of her hiding spot and noticed that Akira and Luna were gone; standing on her tip toes, she searched the crowds little did she know a certain friend was sneaking up behind her.

"Boo", Luna shouted making Makoto jump and drop the magazine she was holding.

"Luna-Chan, don't do that to me please, Makoto asked as she grabbed the magazine she dropped

"Sorry Mako-Chan", Luna said with a giggle

"So... what's up", Makoto asked

"Well, I noticed a friend was following Akira and I", Luna stated

"I wasn't following you two", Makoto protested but Luna knew that she was lying

"Then why did you hide as I turned around to look at you", Luna asked, but Makoto said nothing, she just looked down and sighed, the two moving to another location to talk

(After School, Shibuya, Diner)

"Soo, why were you following us", Luna asked curiously,

"Well... do you know the rumors of the mafia gang at school", Makoto asked as Luna nodded her head, "Principal Kobayakawa asked me to help track them down",

"He's asking you to do the impossible, you could get yourself killed," Luna shouted in protest, shock in her voice

"Can't fight on that one, the only lead I have is Shibuya, and of what my sister says as well", Makoto said with a sigh

"Makoto, I think our principal's crazy sending you in alone, not even worrying if you get killed by the mafia", Luna said, anger lacing her voice

"I don't know Luna... I don't know", Makoto said with a sigh; the two spent the rest of the day talking before parting ways and heading home for the day

(Evening, Texting)

A- Hey

L- How was Mementos

A- Tough, but we won

L- That's good to hear

A- Morgana said that someone was following us on our way to the hideout, is that what you were doing?

L- Yeah, Makoto was following us

A- We'll have to let everyone else know to keep their guard up, you too

L- I will, see you at school tomorrow

A- See ya

(The Next Day, After School, Shujin Academy)

"Akira, Luna, your both needed in the Student Council room", Ms. Kawakami said as both Akira and Luna shared a look as they left the classroom and walked towards the student council room; as the two entered the student council room where Makoto was waiting for them.

"Thank you for coming, please have a seat", Makoto said as they all sat down, all was silent in the student council room until Makoto broke the silence, "Are you both Phantom Thieves",

"No", Akira responded calmly

"I thought you would say that", Makoto said as she took out her phone; pushing a button she played a recording, proof of them being Phantom Thieves

"Uh-oh", Luna muttered in silence, only Akira could hear her; then out of bad luck Akira's phone started to ring.

"Go ahead", Makoto said as Akira answered

"Hey buddy, where are you, did you forget that we have a Phantom Thieves mission", Ryuji said

"Ryuji, that idiot", Morgana mumbled annoyed as Akira hung up the phone

"Well, let's go", Makoto stated as everyone got up and began walking out of the school.
