Chapter 39

Ryan's P.O.V

"She's a Parker alright." said the witch that was examining Amber. "No mask or magic on her...just in her."

"In her?" asked Jeremy.

"Yes, of course in her. Her father is the Lord of darkness. She must have descended her powers from him."

"Can you locate where Caroline is?" I asked.

"No unfortunately. She locked me out, and despite her age, she's too powerful."

"Come on, you're one of the most powerful witches I know, do something!" shouted Jeremy.

"I couldn't see anything sire, that's why Alpha Ryan's trackers couldn't pick up a scent. Her power is too strong. She is Elizer Parker's daughter after all."

"I really don't know why you guys are stressing out about setting her free." interrupted Amber. "When she feels it, all hell will break loose."

"When she feels what?" I asked stepping forward.

"Oh you'll feel it." she said with a smirk.

"If she's hurt, I promise, no fucken force will stop me from having your spinal cord." I said through clenched teeth.

The witch moved closer to the cage looking between Amber and I, which was then i noticed that she was awfully quiet.

"The prophesy." she whispered.

"What prophesy?" asked Elijah now irritated by this whole situation.

Elijah and Caroline are very close, maybe just as close as I am with him. Elijah was like the older brother we both never had, and I feel stupid for not believing him when he warmed me the first time that this wasn't Caroline.

I was too scared to confront her about it. I was scared that I would lose her again but the truth is, i never found her in the first place.

"That the vampire queen would bare children for her husband, and when the children were born, they would be twins.

But because of the rules of the vampire world, if a royal couple has twins, the twins need to be separated in order for them not to fight for the throne.

But even the vampire lords couldn't prevent the war that was to come. No one can."

"War?" Asked Jeremy.

"Yes. Once the twins were reunited again, there would be war. A war driven by hurt, revenge and blood thirst.

But as it should, there can only be one, so the victorious twin will take over the kingdom. However...she'll be thirsty for more power. She will want to feel like a goddess everywhere she went. She would want to be the only superior one, so she will not only take over the kingdom of Durret, but other kingdoms and packs.

She will take out each and every pack until they surrender. Each and every wolf, each and every she-wolf, each and every Luna, each and every Alpha will either bow to her or will die trying to kill her."

When the witch was done talking Elijah stormed out of room.

I really couldn't blame him. Elijah would die and kill for his pack, so hearing that the pack would either have to die or be slaves to one of the twins is crazy.

"So...how do we defeat her?" asked Jeremy.

"True love. Cliche I know, but her one true love will have to stab her in the chest, straight in her heart...thats the only way she can be defeated."

The room went quiet for a while, everyone just letting the information sink in.

"When she said 'i would feel It' what was she talking about?" I asked.
