Chapter 31

After Ryan and I made a mess all over each other, we decided to take a shower together after our nap.

It was six in the morning now and Ryan wanted to go to training but I begged him, just this once to let the pack members have a day off.

They nearly worshipped the ground i walked on when they had the good news.

So then Ryan thought it was a good idea to take a walk into the woods instead. We were walking, his hand in mine and I was just admiring the scenery around me. There really was a difference between walking and running in the woods.

"You know..." Ryan started breaking the comfortable silence. "... I've never really seen your vampire side. Like seen it action."

"Why do you want to see that?" I chuckled.

"I mean you did force me to show you my wolf years ago..."

"Which you didn't." i laughed because he has no point whatsoever.

"Its okay babe I mean you're probably scared to even race me, I mean..." he moved from his left side and stood in front of me, making us stop in our tracks. "...I am Alpha Ryan Stone anyway. I do that to people." he says with a smug.

"And i have a purple Lamborghini." i chuckle while rolling my eyes. "And also, fear isn't in my vocabulary." i continue. "Besides, I don't want to embarrasse you." I smirked and walked around him.

After a while Ryan kept on doing what he does best which was irritate me until he got what he wanted, which was to see my vampire side.

When I was in pureblood mode he decided to shift into his wolf-how I love it-and we ran through the woods and I got to hunt too.

Once i made the mistake of comparing him to "a gaint dog." I have never seen him so offended in my entire life.

It was still early in the morning so we decided to head back to the house because Ryan was hungry. As always obviously.

Through out the years I have learnt how to control how much I sleep and eat. I learnt that I could go months without sleeping and about a month without eating, just surviving on blood-only if it's human blood. And 2 weeks on animal blood.

As we walked closer to the massive house I couldn't hear voices of people inside the house like I usually did. It was quiet but ignored it.

We walked in and as soon as we did i heard the word, "Surprise!" being sang in unison by the pack members.

I was so happy and absolutely surprised of course to see all the pack members happy to see me with birthday decorations put up.

Everyone was here. Ryan's parents, Katie, even a couple of friends Ryan and I made from other packs.

The table was decorated with the most tastiest foods I've ever seen, it was a full buffet table and it had Mrs Stone written all over it. She has serious taste when it came to food.

Right after breakfast everyone stole me away from Ryan. First the pack members, who all got me a gift-which was something I really wasn't expecting and appreciated-then the kids got me a teddy bear the same height and size as me. Then Kate and Ryan's mom took me shopping. With no budget. Heaven.

After literally going to each and every store in the mall, we finally returned home and I had about twenty minutes before I went to Durret.

"Finally! Can I have her back now?" asked Ryan when we walked in.

"Yes you can, we did everything we wanted to do with her. I hope she enjoyed herself." said Mrs Stone.

"I did, thank you again."
