The moon only shines because of the star in our solar system.

Without the sun, the moon would be surrounded by pure darkness.

If I was to describe our relationship, I'd say you were the sun and I was the moon.

I need you because without you, my confidence falls blank.

It's not like other stars can't make me shine, no.

Other guys can compliment me all day long but none touch home like yours do.

Other guys can be around the corner but I'll never feel close to them the way I feel close to you.

You are the sun, and you don't need the moon to thrive.

To you, the moon is just an accessory.
