    new chapter, enjoy

I would lie if I said my heart wasn't fluttering in the rhythm of happiness because he agreed to give ma a ride home. I am very glad he didn't decline my plea, but I try my best to keep this happiness hidden from his sight. Yes, I know it's ridiculous to be as thrilled as I am about something as simple as this, but I can't help myself but be absolutely taken aback with thsi whole evening and this little twist now at the end.

Once we're in the car, Harry turns the heat on as I put my seat belt on. The rest of the drive we spend in silence, complete silence where the only sound that can be heard is Harry's heavy breathing and the sound of the car. I don't mind it; I seem to enjoy this silence and somehow find it quite soothing. Maybe almost too soothing because when I hear Harry's voice gently calling my name and when I open my eyes, I realise I had fallen asleep. I close my eyes once again and open it before I look through the window and realise we're right in front of my building.

"Thank you," I say when I look at him and share with him a small smile before I open the car door.

"I'll wait for you," he says just as I step out of the car. I turn around, confused because the hopeless romantic inside of me immediately connected that sentence with countless romantic scenarios she has seen, "Since we're going to the same place, so can I come in," he adds and I nod just before I turn around and march towards the building with Harry following me behind. To be frank, I haven't even though about running into Jo and explaining it to her why is Harry in our flat.

I take off my heels and once I finally reach the door, I search for my keys, praying to God I have them. Luckily for me, I do have them. When I finally enter the flat, I throw the heels in the corner and run towards my room, "You know where the living room is!" I don't even bother to check if Jo is here while I approach my room. I decide to skip shower because I know it won't last for five minutes, but fifty five. When I undress completely and just toss the clothes on my bed, I change my underwear and put on leather leggings, I know the thought of that isn't very nice, but they are stretchy and make your legs look good. With that I decide to go with a bright colour today and I put on a yellow sweater. I put on a bit too much of deodorant because the whole room reeks of it. I put my hair in a high ponytail and run out of the room. The next stop on my mission is the bathroom where I wash my face and take the makeup off. I gasp when I look at my reflection; my face has never betrayed my like this. I can't believe Harry saw me like this, my face looked horrible and disgusting. Since I don't have the time to wash my teeth, I clean my mouth with the mouthwash after which I start applying BB cream on my face, but when I realise I didn't achieve much with it, I apply on some corrector. Once I set that, I do a few finishing touches before I make my way towards the living room.

"I'd like to catch some sleep, at least for 45 minutes if that's okay with you?" I inform Harry once I'm standing next to him.

"Sure, wake me up when it's time to go," he replies as he lies on the couch and closes his eyes. I turn around and run towards my room, too eager to get some sleep.

Exactly 45 minutes later, my alarm goes of and I jump at the sudden noise, but immediately jump out of my bed, remembering the fact that Harry is sleeping in my living room. I carefully make my way towards the living room, making sure I don't wake Harry up yet and thank God I did that because he is still sleeping peacefully on the couch. It is an adorable sight, I must add.

Just to be safe I don't pass out today, I make decide to make myself a sandwich. To be double sure I have enough energy, I put some ketchup in it and something else, which I don't really know what it is, but it tastes amazing. I glance at Harry to check if he's still sleeping and I decide to make him a sandwich as well. God, I never had expected I'd ever be doing this, making sandwich to the person who annoys me the most and makes me want to hit him multiple times in that perfect face of his. I wrap the sandwich and place it on the table before I put on my boots and coat. Just before I grab the sandwich and the same purse I had at the party, I put on some perfume, enough to cover up the horrible smell of a party. I slowly approach Harry to wake him up, "Harry," I whisper while I shake his shoulder slowly. Thankfully, he wakes up immediately and my heart melt at the sight of him waking up. How can a person who's personality very much resembles the devil's, look like an angel.
