Scarlet started to clean up the mess her dad made. She was only able to drag him out onto the gravel just outside the hanger. She remembered that some of the tools fell behind a cabinet.
She reached behind not able to get them, she pulled the cabinet forward. She stood in awe. There was a trap door. A little voice in her head told her not to go down there. "Who listens to you anyway?" Scarlet asked the 'voice'.
She yanked the hatch, dust flying. Scarlet Moorestown to see a ladder. "So this is where you were when I couldn't find you, isn't grandmere?" She pulled herself down, probably about twenty feet before before she made it to the bottom. What she found should definitely not be on a farm.
