TRIGGER WARNING: ABUSE

Third Person POV

Scott Hoying is an Alpha. He's the lead of his pack and no one has ever seen or heard of anyone stronger than him. You'd think he would be really mean or super strict, right? Wrong. He's the one of the most kind, gentle, and humble people you'll ever know. You'd never hear him gloat about his strength or see him beating someone up without good reason.

He has another Alpha in his pack named Avi Kaplan. While Avi isn't the lead of the pack, he helps Scott make most of the decisions. Avi has a beautiful Omega, Kirstin, who is also his fiancée. While Avi is a slightly stricter Alpha, he's still just a big teddy bear once you get to know him.

Kevin is the Pack's Beta. He is one of the smartest Betas you'll ever meet. He was valedictorian in high school, which is saying a lot considering it was an all Beta school.

Now that you know the pack, let's get started, shall we?

"Goddamn it! Mitchell get your ass in here!" Mitch's Alpha, Carson, calls. Mitch quickly runs into the room, not wanting to keep him waiting.

"Yes, Sir?" Mitch answered, hands clasped together in front of him.

"Clean up this mess now. Make sure it's cleaned up before I come back or I'll give you another punishment." Carson spits at Mitch before forcefully shoving him to his knees to clean it up. The Omega tries not to cry out in pain as his left knee is impaled by glass.

"O-Of course, Sir." Mitch replies, starting to clean up the mess. He lets out a sigh of relief once he hears the front door close, signaling Carson had left. He picks up the mess and goes into Todrick's room. Todrick is the Beta of the pack. He doesn't get abused like Mitch does. He can leave if he wants to, but he knows Mitch needs him. Carson hasn't kicked him out only because people are less suspicious of a pack with a Beta in it.

"Toddy?" Mitch quietly calls out. Todrick looks up from his book and rushes over to Mitch.

"Honey, what happened?" Todrick asks as he helps Mitch onto the bathroom counter to look at his knee.

"Carson broke glass, made me clean it up. He pushed me down and I knelt in it." Mitch explains, trying not to cry anymore.

"I'm sorry, Mitchy. I wish I could do something, like protect you against him." He finishes cleaning Mitch's wound and gives him a hug.

"You have protected me so much, Toddy. You're the only reason he hasn't done anything, like down there." Mitch shortly gestures to his privates, hoping Todrick gets the idea.

"I'm glad. Come on, let's go lay down. I'll wake you up when he comes back." Upon Mitch's nod, they walk over to Todrick's bed and lay down, Mitch's head on the Beta's chest as the latter continues to read.

Mitch wakes up at the sound of a door slamming.

"Mitchell!" Carson shouts. Mitch jumps up from the bed and runs out of the room, Todrick casually following, as to not make the Alpha upset.

"How may I help you, Sir?" Mitch politely responds.

"Get changed we're going to the store. Todrick? Put some makeup on his bruises and get some food in him. Shower while you're at it, Omega. You look awful." Mitch internally cringes at the last comment.

"Yes, Sir." The Omega replies before walking off to his room, hearing Todrick follow him. Mitch walks into the bathroom and stares at himself in the mirror.

"Come on, Hon. Let's not make him wait too long, Okay? I'll wait in here with you if you'd like." Todrick suggests.

"Yes, please. Don't let him come in." Todrick nods and respectfully turns away so Mitch can undress.

"Toddy? You're super smart. Do you think we'll ever get out of here?" Mitch asks from behind the shower curtain.

"I think we will, yes. We just have to keep hope and stay positive. Then someday, you'll find an amazing Alpha. You'll find someone and he'll treat you like the queen you are." Todrick tells him, Mitch giggling at the last sentence.

"And you'll find a Beta and he'll be as smart as you. So you guys can nerd out together and you guys will get married and have cute little children, like you've always wanted." Mitch adds on, earning a smile back.

"See? Happiness will be here before we know it. Now, let's get dressed and ready to go. Maybe that day will be today." Todrick lowers his voice at the last part, knowing Carson could probably hear them now that the shower is off. They both get dressed and eat before proceeding to the living room.

"We're ready, Sir." Todrick informs him. Mitch can't, as he isn't allowed to him unless speak until spoken to or he's given permission.

"It's about damn time. Let's go, I don't have all day. Worthless pieces of shit." He grumbles as they all walk to the car.
