"When should we come to the hospital?" Scott asks Todrick.

"As soon as possible. With a normal birth, I'd have you wait until a certain period of time. But, this isn't normal, this is extremely premature. And we don't know for sure if it's labor, which is also why you should come in now."

"Will she make it?" Mitch asks, starting to worry.

"Most likely, yes." Mitch inhales a sharp breath and clutches his stomach in pain.

"What if there's a complication?

"Dr. Karev—"

"No, I want you to fix anything wrong with her."

"Alright, Monkey."

"You'll be able to do that?"

"I'm very good at what I do, I promise that if there's a problem, I'll try my best to fix it."

"Alpha, it hurts."

"I know, Angel. Do you think you could try to eat before we leave?" Mitch quickly eats and they start to leave.

"Av, I have to get him to the hospital. Will you pack us some clothes and bring them to us?"

"Yeah, definitely. What's going on?"

"Todrick said Mitch is probably going into labor and told us to come to the hospital to be sure." Avi nods and goes upstairs to pack the bag.

"You're having a baby!" Mitch smiles at Kirstie and gives her a quick hug before they walk out.

"Love you, Kitty."

"Love you, Boo."

They get to the hospital and go where Todrick told them to go earlier. When they do, they see Todrick and another doctor standing there.

"Hi, Toddy."

"Hi, Monk. How you feeling?"

"It hurts. And she won't stop kicking, which isn't helping my problem."

"Tod, how do you know if this is labor?" Scott asks, holding Mitch's hand as the latter sits on the bed table.

"We'll do an exam that'll tell us for sure. If he were a female, his water would break and that would tell us but obviously males don't have that." He explains the exam to them before actually doing it. Once he's done, he takes off his gloves and looks at them.

"You're definitely in labor." Mitch squeezes Scott's hand and whimpers slightly. "Don't be scared, it'll be alright. I know it's a very scary thing to be going through and there's nothing I can say to help you except for this: In a few hours, you're going to have your baby." Scott and Mitch both smile.

"When do I..?"

"I'll book an OR for your c-section and we'll take it from there." Mitch nods and Todrick walks out of the room with the other doctor.

"Yesterday she kicked for the first time and now she wants out. Needy baby, greedy baby." Mitch looks down at his stomach and Scott chuckles.

"Maybe I'm just so amazing that she can't wait to meet me." Mitch looks up at him and raises an eyebrow.

"So humble."

"Yeah, but you love me."

"I really do. Kiss." Scott pecks Mitch on the lips and a few minutes later, Todrick comes back. Mitch lays down on the gurney and they wheel him to surgery.

"Scott, you can either wait out here or, since it's a delivery, you can come in with us." Scott chooses the second option.

"Alright, Mitch, we're going to numb you, so you won't feel anything but you'll still be awake." Mitch nods and they do just that.

Mitch doesn't know how long it took, but eventually he heard the sound of his baby crying and he sighed in relief. Todrick cleans her off, wraps her in a blanket, and shows the new parents.

"She's beautiful." They say at the same time.

"Isn't she? I'm going to get her up to the NICU and Dr. Karev will close. Unless you want me to stay here and have him take her?"

"No, stay with my baby, please." Todrick nods and leaves the OR.

Mitch was now in his room, curled into Scott's side as they lay on the bed waiting for Todrick.

"I hope she has your eyes." Mitch comments.

"That's sweet. I hope she has your hair." Scott starts to run his fingers through Mitch's hair.

They hear someone knock, "Come in!" Mitch calls. Todrick walks in and closes the door behind him.

"There were no complications. You have a strong little girl on your hands, she's already breathing on her own. We don't see that very often."

"She gets that from her dad." Mitch smiles up at Scott, who smiles back.

Scott looks back at Todrick, "How long will she be in the NICU?"

"With how things are going now, at most 15 weeks."

"Can we see her?"

"Yeah, follow me." Scott helps Mitch into the wheel chair and they go to the NICU, where they see their baby.

"C-can I hold her?" Mitch asks, timidly.

"Yes, but you have to be very careful. Don't jostle her too much." Mitch nods as Todrick gently grabs the baby and hands her to Mitch.

"Hi, little one. I'm your Momma, nice to meet you." Scott and Todrick smile at how good Mitch is with her already. "I hope that when you open your eyes, they're as beautiful as your dad's. Peyton, I'm not even exaggerating: the color is one of the prettiest things I've ever seen." Peyton yawns and Mitch's heart melts.

"Alpha, do you wanna hold her?" Scott nods and carefully takes her from Mitch.

"Hi, baby girl. I can't wait for you to come home and meet the rest of the Pack. Just remember what we told you about the ending of Titanic." He playfully glares at Todrick. They spend a few more minutes there before going back to the room, seeing a little girl on the way.

"Hey, are you alright?" Scott asks and kneels down in front of her. She rubs her teary eyes and shakes her head.

"They're shocking dada." Scott looks at the room behind her and sees doctors trying to revive a man.

She suddenly gasps, "You're in a wheely chair!" She points at Mitch.

"I am, do you wanna sit with me?" She nods and Scott picks her up to set her on Mitch's lap before pushing the chair around, the room filled with the girl's laughter.

A doctor comes up to them and tells the little girl that her mother just got there, so she leaves.

"Peyton will be like that in a few years." Mitch points out.

"I don't know if I'm more scared or excited." They get back to their room and say their goodbyes to Todrick before both fall asleep in the small hospital bed.
