Alpha and Omega

Soon enough, 11:00 rolls around and the families all show up, Mitch's parents and sister being the last to show.

"Hi, guys." Mitch greets, hugging them the best he can while holding the baby. They say their hellos and look at Peyton.

"She's absolutely precious. What color are her eyes?"

Mitch looks at his mom, "They're blue, like Alpha's." She smiles and Scott gets everyone's attention.

"Hey, everyone. I know some of you have never met some of us, so I'm Scott. I'm the lead Alpha of this Pack, Mitch is my Omega and Peyton is our daughter. Avi is the second Alpha and Kirstie is his Omega and wife. Todrick and Kevin are the Betas and they're together, as well."

Jessa laughs a little, "Your whole Pack is just a bunch of couples." She says to Mitch, who giggles and nods.

"It kind of is. A bunch of couples, plus a little baby person." They're both laughing when Todrick comes over to them.

"Hello, Grassi family."

"Hi, Todrick. How are you?" Mitch's dad asks.

"I'm well, and you?"

"I'm good, thanks."

"Good. I'm going to steal your child for a minute." He brings Mitch with him over to his parents.

"You must be Mitch." Todrick's mom shakes his hand.

"Nice to meet you. Your son is one of the best people I've ever met."

"Aren't you so sweet?"

"Hi, you're Toddy's dad?"

"That I am. Hi, Mitch. Tell me again, how do you know Todrick?"

"We had the same Alpha. Todrick protected me as much as he could when we were with him. He's the reason we made it out of there, without him I would've given up hope."

"Lord, Monkey, you can't just say things like that." Todrick chuckles a little as he fans himself to not let tears fall.

"Love you, Toddy."

"Love you, too."

It's now around 12:30 and everyone is done eating. Mitch is watching Scott with a fond smile as he plays with his nephew, Landon.

"Go hang out with your Alpha. I'll take care of Peyton." Nel offers. Mitch smiles and gently passes the baby to her before sitting on the floor with Scott and Landon.

"Uncle Tott! Don't you have one of those things?" He makes a motion with his hands that looks like he's playing piano.

"A piano? Yeah, we have one."

"Can we go play it?" Scott nods and helps them both off the floor so they can go to the room with said piano.

He sits on the bench and puts Landon on his lap, with Mitch on the bench next to him.

"Landon what's your favorite letter?"

"G." He tells Scott without hesitation.

"Wow that was quick, alright." Scott plays the note G and Landon claps. He lets Landon play a few of the keys before showing him which ones sound pretty.

"Can't you do that with your voices?"

"I mean... yes."

"Will you do it, please?" Scott quickly hits a note on the piano before singing it, Mitch joining in to make it harmony. They mess around for a few more minutes until they hear commotion coming from the living room.
