Holy shit you guys thank you for the 1k reads^

Also, I have a lot of chapters that are yet to be published and I'm very busy this weekend, so just in a case I forget to update Saturday and Sunday, here's a chappy. I doubt I'll forget but I'll be awake and standing up from 6pm on Friday to 6am on Saturday so who knows?

They get to the store and go to the paint section.

"Mkay, Alpha eyes out now please." Scott chuckles but does it anyways. Mitch grabs a few sheets of colors to compare the colors, picking the one that was most similar.

"Good?"

"Yes, Sir." He changes his eyes back to his normal color. "The walls are already white, so we don't have to paint them, right?"

"Right. Now we need curtains, a dresser, a crib, and a mattress. Crap, we also need a changing table and diapers and clothes and bottles for the baby. And what about that thing that hangs above the crib?"

"A mobile? Alpha, calm down. See how much I'm showing?" Scott looks at Mitch's stomach.

"You're not."

"Exactly, we still have about 7 months until the baby will be here. That's plenty of time, so we will need those things, just not yet. So, just breathe, you can do this."

They easily pick out a crib, but curtains are a different story.

"What about these?" Scott holds up a set to Mitch, who has his hand on his stomach.

"Mm, baby says no."

"Does baby like these?" Mitch shakes his head, making Scott groan.

"What about these? Momma tested, baby approved." Mitch holds one up.

"Mitchy and baby, I love you both but that's an ugly color. These?"

"Baby doesn't like." Scott sets it down and sets one hand on Mitch's waist, the other on top of Mitch's that's resting on his tiny stomach.

"I think baby likes all of them, but Momma is stubborn."

"If Momma is stubborn, imagine how baby is gonna be. You're just as stubborn, if not more and I don't wanna hear you deny it."

"Too bad, 'cause I'm not stubborn." Mitch scoffs, grabs his phone, and calls someone. "Who are you calling?"

"Hi, Alpha Avi." "I'm good, just one question. On a scale from one to ten, how stubborn is my Alpha?" He laughs. "Okay, thank you. Bye bye." He hangs up and puts the phone in his pocket.

"He says your amount of stubbornness broke the scale and to try again after he fixes it." Scott laughs, nodding.

"That's great, we can be Mr. and Mx. Stubborn. Ew, wait that sounded funnier in my head."

"You're a dork."

"Maybe, but I'm your dork. And your dork likes these curtains." Scott holds up yet another set.

"Wait, those are nice."

"Thank god." He throws them in the cart, "To the mattresses!" They walk over to the baby mattresses.

"How exactly are we supposed to know which to pick?" Mitch questions.

"I don't really know. I think Kevin said it didn't matter and to not pick the cheapest one."

"Why not the cheapest one?"

"Probably because Kevin likes burning a hole in my wallet." Scott mumbles. He grabs a mattress, gets Mitch's approval, and puts it on the cart with the crib they'll have to put together. They head over to the dressers and quickly pick one out because if they want a different color, they can just paint it.
