TWENTY-THREE - The Bad Boy and the Badass

It's already 5:10 in the afternoon, but I am still here in the office.

Nothing. I'm just busy writing encouraging notes in case someone will ask me for an advice. I am not good in expressing my thoughts orally, but I think through these notes, it will help a lot.

"Hyung, you look like a bad boy outside, but you really are soft inside. Like a marshmallow."

Ah, Chanyeol. How I miss that guy.

I grabbed my phone and checked my SNS if he already sent a message.

Apparently, he did. A picture of him wearing a thick jacket.

I replied, <You still look like a puppy.>

As I log out my account, our groupchat suddenly popped up.

Ah, jinjja, what's this? They even made my face as the icon pic and renamed it from JIMIN-IE HYUNG'S HEIGHT IS FREAKING SHORT to MIN YOONGI IS DEAD ALREADY

KIM SEOKJIN : <It's been 4 days since Yoongi came here.>

JUNG HOSEOK : <Maybe he didn't like the taste of your ramen, Hyung.>

KIM SEOKJIN : <Ya. We have no money to buy an original ramen so the taste was not that delicious.>

ME : <So you're saying what have I eaten was a fake one?>

KIM SEOKJIN : <YOONGI-AH!>

PARK JIMIN : <Finally after few days, you thought of checking your account>

KIM NAMJOON : <Thanks for fixing the door, Hyung. I guess I have to buy lots of doorknobs>

KIM TAEHYUNG : <JK, why are you still there in the restaurant? You go home>

JEON JEONGGUK : <I'm taking out lamb skewers, Hyung>

ME : <Ya, I told you don't eat that without me!>

KIM SEOKJIN : <JK, come here. Let's eat that>

JEON JEONGGUK : <COMING!>

PARK JIMIN : <Yoongi-hyung, why don't you visit here?>

ME : <Sometimes I forget about you guys so sorry>

KIM SEOKJIN : <YA!>

KIM TAEHYUNG : <Yoongi-hyung is a bad boy>

PARK JIMIN : <When will you come here then?>

ME : <Later. I'll sleep there>

I logged out already. Even in virtual, I could hear how noisy they are.

After arranging my things, I finally went outside and locked the office's door.

I looked at my wristwatch. I still have 10 minutes to check if Shin is still there in their room.

You read it right. I do check her secretly. I always do that before I go home. That's why I happened to know she was getting bullied. I knew everything.

That girl always walks home at 5:30pm eventhough the teacher dismisses them at 4:30pm. I didn't able to check her these past few days since we were busy for the preparation of the upcoming JS Prom. I have no idea if her classmates still bully her or they listened to me not to lay a hand on her.

Five steps to see if she is erasing disgusting writings on the board again when I heard different voices talking.

"Yes, Chanyeol told me that Luhan only courted me for a bet."

"A BET?!" The other two reacted. I reacted as well. That Luhan guy? How dare he?!

"You heard it right."

"Omg omg omg! Baekhyun just broke up with me because he needs to concentrate on his studies."

"So he means you're a distraction?"

Wow. Since when did Shin become this friendly that she has now two friends to talk to?

"Come to think of it, Taeyeon. He USED you. So if I am you, I will tell Baekhyun he is stupid and brainless for doing that."

"Shin-ah, that's harsh."

"What's bad with that Boyoung? I'm just saying the truth."

This... is the main reason why Shin can't be closed to anyone. She looks innocent but she's really a badass. She will really show you her darkest side to the point that you will definitely hate her. Lol. She even raised her middle finger on me once so what do I expect? I don't know if I am going to smile or what. Forget about proper etiquette, but atleast she's smart.

I turned around.

I am going home.
