JS PROM.

All is busy preparing for this most memorable program. To be honest, I have no intention to attend occasion like this but since I am a member of school student council, I am required to attend. This is annoying. I wanna go home already and just sleep.

I put the speakers on their right places and checked the mic.

"Hi, Yoongi."

That voice. I am much aware that I am familiar with that voice. This might be someone I don't wanna see.

"Ya, turn around and look at me."

I am contemplating if I will turn around or not but in the end, I did it and there, I saw Yulhee, smiling beautifully in his sparkling red gown.

"It's been a year, right?"

Yes, it's been a year. It's been a year since we broke up. We were in 9th Grade back then, same day last year when we ended our relationship. I want to ask her why she brought her face to me now, but the word spit out from my mouth was...

"Yeah."

She asked, "How are you?"

I answered, "I'm fine thank you and you?"

She stepped nearer but I stepped backward. She looked disappointed but I just I don't want to make a scene.

"I'm happy. Happy to see that you're completely doing fine without me."

What? Why does she speak like I am the one who left her when it was she who left me?

"When we broke up, I thought you're going to be miserable but I was wrong. I thought you just need time to find yourself. That what you felt for me is true. I broke up with you, but you didn't have an idea I waited for you to come back."

She did? But why? If I have difficulties understanding Shin's moodswings, I bet this one is harder.

"But after hearing your confession, I suddenly realized you still love me... right?"

What? What confession is she talking about?

"Yulhee, what confession are you saying?"

"Lucky I still remember your codename," she added, ignoring my question. "It's Miyagi, right? And about that girl, I think she's pathetic for writing you one as well. What a coincidence they also picked her letter on the last minute of the radio program. The radio hosts were even surprised."

"To our loving and ever supporting principal, to my fellow beautiful and handsome teachers, to the hardworking officers, and to the dear students that are here tonight, good evening!"

"Yoongi! What are you doing? The speakers are too loud!" our president yelled. Oh, sorry. I got distracted.

"I'll see you around then," she whispered in my ear and smiled.

Fuck.

Why am I feeling like this? When she did that, my heart suddenly skipped a beat. Is it possible that she's right? That I still love her? And about that confession she was saying, don't ... tell ... me ...

"Oppa..."

I was surprised. Why is she here in my room late at night?!

"Ya, how did you able to enter my room?!" I asked. Ahh jinjja. How could she?

"I climbed and entered through your window. I saw your light on so I thought you're still awake," she answered. She looks like she just finished crying.

"I told you the other night to leave me alone, right?! Why are you so hardheaded?!" I shouted. There, she started crying again. Her skin is so pale that it glows in my empty room. Her tears reflect the moonlight beams coming from my window.

"I just want to know if you are okay. I just want to know if you're eating well since you don't buy snack to our sari-sari store anymore. I just want to know why are you still awake," she answered clearly, tears running down on her face and she's sobbing hard. Why is she so honest like this?! I have no words but to answer her curiosity.

"My Korean language asked us to write a letter that will be sent to a radio. That's why I'm still awake."

"Radio?"

"Yes. The one your Father asked me to fix last year because you love listening to it."

"Oh.. on what radio station will your teacher send that?" she asked looking at my paper. "Miyagi?"

"That's my codename."

"I know. I joined journalism so I know about codenames. I want to write one."

"You're still too young for this," I replied as calm as I can. "You go home."

"I won't go home if you don't tell it!"

"112.3 For Love! That's it. Your favorite one, so go home!"

I looked at her and she looks teary again. This little kid won't stop, right?

"Use the door," I told her and there, she left almost breaking my door as she closed it.

I accidentally dropped the mic and let myself be drowned to that memory. Why? Just why we have lots of memories?

"Lucky I still remember your favorite codename," she added. "It's Miyagi, right? And about that girl, I think she's pathetic for writing you one as well. What a coincidence they also picked her letter on the last minute of the radio program. The radio hosts were even surprised."

Did Shin hear it too? Did she hear my confession to Yulhee? But what's with Yulhee's reaction calling her pathetic? The Shin... I know... is not a pathetic one!

Shin... Shin ... what kind of letter did you send that night?!

"Yoongi, the next performers said they are cancelling their presentation," our president's mad voice suddenly pulled me back to the present. "I understand. Their group name suits them."

"Who are they?" I asked.

"The Fallen Angels."
