" moving in "

✎ Ⓐ n n i e l e b l a n c ✐

"We have to go, the furniture is going to be here soon!" Hayley said at Me rushing towards the door.

"Okay!" I said back, grabbing my purse and heading for the door as we all headed out.

We all jogged down to Hayden's car, as we stopped a slight moment to catch our breaths.

"Jump in." Hayden said opening the door, smiley as always, the car lit up as we all managed to squeeze in.

We rode the short length to our towering apartment.

"Their here." Hayley said pointing out the window to the big baggage truck, we all smiled.

As Hayden pulled into a car park we all climbed out of the car, as I walked fast to reach the huge truck.

Thank god we had movers to help us all.

"Hi," He said looking through the papers on his clip board "Annie?" He said questionably as I nodded my head.

"We will open up the truck and we will start unpacking." He said cheerfully.

"Thank you so much, I will go unlock the place." I said as we walked to the rear of the truck.

"Oh, we also have some helpers over there." I said pointing to everyone waiting near the door waving.

"That's great." He said opening up the huge door, to see the truck plum full of our things.

I looked down at my watch to check the time.

11:50 AM, it read.

Ah, This was going to be more than stressful.

We reached the top floor of the ginormous apartment complex, Annie unlocked the light wooden door.

As we all entered, it was just how it used to be.

Huge, elegant, bright, comfy.

With the ceilings towering over us, and the wide windows wrapping around the whole apartment bringing in stunning view of the city and sunlight.

As Annie and Hayley smiled happily at each other.

"This place is stunning." Jimmy said.

"Thank you." Hayley said turning to smile at him.

"I agree." Me and Dylan said with our eyes looking over everything.

As the movers already started hauling boxes in, we all shoved to the side as they rushed to set boxes down.

"Let's get to helping." I said as we started helping them move in.

"This is the last box!" I said, after a full day of moving, I was drained of energy.

"It looks great!" Hayden exclaimed, flopping back on the couch.

Hayden well my lord, the most enthusiastic kid about anything.

It was pretty funny, plus the movers were even exhausted.

We bought some new furniture, my parents always thought they could buy me and Hayley's love and trust, so we have quite a bit of money.

As the movers left, we all sighed.

"Thank you guys so much." I said smiling.

"No problemo." Hayden said smiling back at me.

We all collapsed back onto the long love seat, it brought so many memories of the past.

When me and Hayden would sit on the couch with Hayley and watch movies, while Paige made cookies.

I grinned at myself as I turned to Hayden, we all have changed so much.

"Well, eventually we will get this all done and unpacked." Hayley said grazing her eyes over the piles of stacked boxes.

"And that day is not today." I said completing her sentence, they all chuckled.

My phone buzzed on the counter, they all continued to jibber jabber as I walked over to see thousands of missed calls, texts, voicemails.

I sighed, most from my neighbours or people I haven't seen in years.

I scrolled through them before I sat my phone back down, I didn't even care to answer anyone.

"I'm starving." Hayley wailed.

"Me too." They all added on.

"Well, lets get some food." I said walking back over to the love seat.

"What kind of food?" I Dylan said as I sat back down in my spot.

"Sushi!" Hayley said bringing back old times, when our families would take us to sushi and talk and have fun, I missed that.

"Let's go." Hayden said grinning at me, with a nostalgic face.

We all got up from the couch, I grabbed my purse and headed out the door.
