We sat back on the couches after Carson left, I was praying that Annie was going to be okay tonight.
I was worrying probably more than I should've.
But I wanted to make sure she was okay, and I am going to come off really over protective tonight.
But I don't care one single bit.
Soon enough, we were all hustling around the house before heading out the door.
As me, Dylan and Jimmy waited for the girls to walk out with 30 minutes to spare.
We all scrolled through our phones, not paying attention as they both walked out.
I resisted my eyes grazing over Annie's perfection.
She had a thick white sweater cropping at her belly button and light blue jeans, black Gucci shoes and a necklace that laid delicately across her collarbones.
She's fucking stunning.
"You guys look pretty!" I exclaimed.
"I agree!" Dylan said smiling.
"Thank you." Annie said lightly as she smirks with a rose floor washing over her cheeks, walking into the kitchen.
"I haven't seen Johnny in like, forever." She said nervously.
"He's grown, a lot but he's really nice." I said as Dylan stared at me, oddly I turned to him brushing off his smirk he had.
"Are you guys ready?" Jimmy said walking out of the bathroom.
"Yep!" Hayley said as we grabbed our things, before heading out the door.
We raced to the car as if we were children again, giggling all the way there.
"Hah I win." Annie said proudly at the car, out of breath.
"You always do!" Hayley said dragging behind her as we all reached the car, panting.
"That was rough." Jimmy said bracing him hands on his knees.
We all laughed climbing into the car.
I sat in the front passenger seat next to Jimmy, even though I wanted to sit in the back.
My phone buzzed, I got it out of my pocket remembering I hadn't really checked it in like three days.
Carson and Johnny had added me into a group, I scrolled through the excess messages to finally reach theirs.
Johnny - "are you coming Hayden?"
Hayden - "yes we are on our way, about 10 mins away."
Carson - "I told him Annie was coming."
Hayden - "great, no questions about why she and Hayley are here yet please."
Johnny - "I know carson told me, are billy and Katie here too?"
Hayden - "no, just don't ask her anything about the past 6 years."
Carson - "someone's a little overprotective."
Johnny - "#hanniereunited"
Hayden - "my god, guys I'm not joking and no hugs."
Johnny - "geez, I missed them to ya know."
Hayden - "One day this will make sense."
I shoved my phone back into my pocket, I had kinda forgotten about the hannie shipper shit.
People would freak if they caught us together again.
"Are we going to eat after or what?" Dylan said from the back.
"Yes." I replied.
This made me feel so full, like this was my family.
I felt as if I couldn't live without these two even though Annie doesn't trust me as much as she used to yet, but I'm bound and Determined to get her to again.
We talked and sang along like idiots to songs on the radio.
Soon enough we had arrived, the big bowling alley we used to come to all the time.
But, They have definitely upgraded since then I must say.
"We're here!" Jimmy said putting the car in park and pulling the keys out of the ignition.
We all climbed out of the car, waking up to the big building as I held the door for both the girls and my brothers.
I followed behind Annie "if your uncomfortable just tell me, okay." I said quietly as we walked in, she nodded in response.
I spotted Carson and Johnny waiting for us at a table in the distance.
God, I hope they don't embarrass me or say anything wrong.
