"She's getting better"

We head out of the two French doors opening us up into the hot and salty air surrounding us, we hop in the car again on out way to our next destination.

As little conversation lives in the car this time besides everyone complaining they ate too much, so instead of conversing we scroll through our phones.

It's a short drive to the shopping area as we arrive I open the door to the outside as the ocean waves crash in the distance, one of the most beautiful things to watch.

We stroll down the long street walk as it seems to get hotter outside by the second "lets go into here;" Carson says as he looks like he's about to pass out "For cool air." He finishes as we all walk in.

As the cool air washes over us all we realise were in a surf shop, a man that has the classic 'basically all I do is surf, hang loose' kind of look if you know what I mean.

"How may I help you guys?" He says smiling.

"Oh um Just cooling off, it's a little hot out today." Hayden answers.

"Got that right, but do you guys surf?" He asks.

We all Turn back and look at each other "no not really." Hayden says.

"Really, oh man it's so much fun;"
He says wandering back behind the wooden counter.

"I mean If you guys wnat I could teach you if you guys live around here." He says we all turn to each other yet again, I raise my shoulders I mean who doesn't want to learn to surf.

"That sounds fun." Jimmy answers.

"Great here's my card," He says handing Jimmy a small business card "give me a call anytime." He says.

Jimmy reaches his hand out "nice to meet you;" he says asking for his name "Sam." He replies "Nice to meet you Sam I'm Jimmy."

After Jimmy and Sam talking each others ears off for a few more minutes we finally get back outside and begin to wander down the street again, we pass tons of stores and enter our select few.

Everyone's legs begin to get tired after quite the distance of walking, "do you guys want to go to the house?" Dylan asks panting as we all nod our heads.

The hot summer sun hits my
Back as we turn around to head to the beach house that I can only pray has good air conditioning, the bags of stuff we purchased we carry on our shoulders are not helping us make this walk any easier.

As we make our way back annie and Hayley walk in-front of most of us due to their long legs, Johnny slows down a bit "are you guys like a thing again?" He says smirkingly with a emphasis.

"Oh um well, no not really." I say, as much as I try to hide it I have been falling for this girl since I was twelve and it doesn't ever stop I swear.

"I can see it as clear as day, there's something there so whatever you say I won't believe you." He says smiling In disbelief.

"Well I mean do you like her?" He asks a few seconds later, in a whisper.
