We entered the huge bowling alley as my heart beats out of my chest of nerves.
"Annie!" Johnny says running up to me with a huge smile across his face, what a dork.
I giggled as he stopped in front of me, knowing Hayden told everyone no hugs and no questions about our past.
"I missed you, so much." He said, i can tell he is really trying hard not to hug me.
"I missed you too." I said as Hayley hugged him.
"Hayley!" He said hugging her back as Hayden and me grabbed our bowling shoes to meet over by Carson.
Social situations were always just a bit difficult for me in general, people were so judgemental and I have had anxiety for so long, meds don't even help.
"You good?" Hayden asks beside me as we walked towards Carson.
"Yeah." I said sighing, he smiles at me kindly as we sat down in the small stools next to Carson.
"Johnny was a little excited to see you Annie." He said giggling, lacing up his shoe.
"I could tell." I said giggling.
"Let's get to bowling!" Johnny said with much excitement in his voice, as they sat down getting their shoes on.
Carson got our names entered in and we began picking out our bowling balls.
We headed back over to the lane and began chattering and seeing who could win the first round.
I felt welcomed, it was like I clicked instantly with this group again.
"Ahh, Annie Leblanc gets another strike." Carson said in a envious voice.
"How do you do it?" Hayden asked giggling at the fact that I'm practically kicking their asses.
"What Can I say, I'm just that good." I said Flipping my hair off of my shoulders, laughing.
They all giggled as Hayden stepped up to bowl, crossing his fingers for good luck as he went to grab the ball and walked down the lane.
Missing 0 pins, I clap my a clap my Hands slowly together as the others do so to.
He bows as if he just one the noble peace prize, what a dork.
"Top it Leblanc." He said dropping his invisible mic.
"Ah I think I already did." I said pointing at the board showing that I won by almost 135 points.
"Shit." He said under his breath, we all giggled.
"I'm starving!" Johnny said leaning back in his chair rubbing his stomach, or should I say his abs.
"Then Let's go eat." Hayley said as we all agreed to her plan.
We began slipping on our shoes as we talked a bit but over the loud talking and extreme bowling matches going on the amount of profanity was quite astonishing.
We packed up and headed out side to hear each other better.
I grabbed my LV bag and Hayden grabbed my finger tips as we all got through the people packing in.
We opened up the huge doors and got outside to see the sun beginning to set over the tall buildings in the city.
"Wow, thank god we got there when we did." Johnny said sighing.
"Um ya think." Hayden said as I released from his grip.
"So where do you guys want to meet?" I asked.
"Hm," Johnny said scratching his head.
"What about that cafe food type of place that just opened up down kind of by our apartment Hayden." Johnny said.
"Sure, lets give it a try." Hayden said as Carson nodded.
"See ya guys there!" Carson shouted as they hopped in their car.
"Okay!" I replied as squeezed in the car with Hayley at my side, scrolling through her phone.
"That was fun." I said bucking my seatbelt.
"It was fun for you cause you won." Jimmy said smirking at me.
I giggled, "well that definitely was the highlight." I said.
It took no time to arrive at our restaurant, it was a quaint cafe with a modern and urban touch almost on everything from what you could see from the outside of the windows.
"This is it." Hayden said stopping the car as we all unbuckled and headed inside as Johnny and Carson followed close behind.
"This place looks cool!" Johnny said opening the door like a gentleman for us all.
The smell of coffee and mint fragranced the huge area, people sat at tables working on their computers and sipping on drinks.
We sat at a spacious table directly by the window, to watch the sun set of course.
I pull out a chair and plop down in it followed with a sigh.
Hayden and Hayley pull out the seats next to me and sit as we all got sat down.
"Let's get food before I die of starvation." Dylan said looking through the huge menu on the wall.
