Adrianna POV

Breakfast had been quick ,as no one had eaten much. Thorin had ignored me completely , not evan looking at me. It hurt, but he had other things on his mind. Time seemed to move in slow motion , as we waited for our que to leave. The company was all on edge , and I could feel that bilbo didn't want to leave. The spell had worn off , due to the fact I had found my soul mate. The mark had disappeared from my left had completely. I watched as the sun rose into the sky higher and higher. The white council had arrived , but had not yet held their gathering.

Our company had stayed together throughout the day , incase of any change of plan.
The sky had grown dark , and if it wasn't the only chance we had to leave Rivendell ,I'd tell Thorin to wait for the storm to pass. But we couldn't stay , or we wouldn't be allowed to leave.

Finally , it was time to leave.
Gandalf told us once the meeting commenced we would have about 15 minuets to get as far as we could.
So now , we were all hurrying out of Rivendell , across the thin bridge.
We began hiking along the path away from Rivendell ' Thorin still hadn't looked at me or spoken to me once.

"Be on your guard; we're about to step over the edge of the Wild. Balin, you know these paths; lead on." Throin said roughly , scowling back at Rivendell.
Bilbo , who was walking besides me , turned around to Look back at Rivendell longingly.

"Master Baggins, I suggest that you keep up." Thorin snapped , meeting my eyes for a second. His features softened , before he scowled and snapped his head back to face the front. I sighed and continued on , on our journey.

We hiked through the wilderness of middle-earth , over ranges and plains. We were walking through some grass lands at the moment. I noticed that Ori was lagging behind, so I decided to leave bilbos side and join Ori at the back of the company. I didn't mind walking , in fact this was how I got every where. I would sometimes fly (in bird form) but I didn't enjoy heights very much.
So I walked.
I trudged over to the red faced Ori and bummed my shoulder against his , giving him a small smile.

" How life treating you , Ori?" I asked , looking at the young dwarf. He grimaced , and gasped for breath.

" Not so good?" I answered for him.

" Tell you what , I'll give you a ride if you promise not to kick or pull my hair out." I said , chuckling at the struggling dwarf. He nodded vigorously , gasping for more air.

"I...I prom ...promise" he muttered between gasps , making me laugh.
I paused , and shuddered as my body shifted into the of a tall , black fresian mare. Ori had stopped beside me and watched with awe , his eyes the size of dinner plates.
I nickered to the young dwarf and nuzzled his shoulder. His laughed and stocked my soft muzzle. I lowered myself to the ground , and allowed him to climb on. I was surprised how well Ori rode. He seated himself correctly , and held a soft grip on my long mane. He ran his fingers through my mane , but paused when he saw the plate , a small gasp escaped him.
I noticed that the company were far ahead so , once Ori was comfortable , I rose to my hooves and cantered softly towards them.
Ori laughed and held onto my neck , enjoying the rocking stride I kept.
I snorted and started to prance , lifting my hooves high intone air.
Some of the dwarfs turned round , and started to chuckle at the sight of the small Ori atop the black steed. Thorin turned around , and his face turn Into one of pure rage.

" What do you think your doing! Put him down right now!" He shouted , startling me. I froze where I was and let Ori dismount.
Dori lead his brother away as Thorin came storming towards me.

"Who do you think you are ? Prancing around like a silly little mare!" Thorin yelled, slapping my muzzle. I was taken aback . I had never expected to see him like this.
"Shift back , Now!" He roared.
