I just knew it wasn't right. Samuel, I should have known it was a cover. "He" was too...just not right.
Now what have I gotten myself into? My last mission involved me letting a pirate escape the law. Now I'm hiding a slave. But that poor girl, who knows what she's been through. I'm not about to ruin her life.
I headed back to my cabin, heavy with sleep after the day's events. We should be traveling for a fort night before we arrive in the undiscovered territory. Now, how is that time going to go with Saytee's cover blown, I'm not sure.
She's so scared, I saw it in her eyes. Hopefully the rest of the crew doesn't have any ill intentions for her after she explains her case. Just by looking at them all, I'm sure they will...
But I won't let anything happen to her.
