My Midgardian Queen (LokiXReader) [DISCONTINUED]

The Portrait

"How much longer?" Loki whined.

"Just one more minute." I said adding more colour to the painting.

I had been painting this portrait for an hour and a half and Loki was starting to get impatient. "Now?!"

"One last stroke with the paint brush and then I'm done." I add the last detail. "Done." I wiped the sweat off my forehead and glance at the portrait that lived on canvas which was resting on my easel.

"Lemme see, Lemme see!"

"One... Two..."

"Three!" I turn the easel on Loki's command. "Oh wow. You are way better than the artist who does the family portraits back on Asgard."

"Ha. Thanks."

"Can you put it over there?"

Loki points to the corner opposite hi bed. "Sure." I lift the easel up and place it where he wanted it.

A beeping nice came from outside of the cell. "JARVIS? JARVIS?!" I start to panic. "JARVIS what's going on?!"

The cell goes on emergency lockdown with me still in it. I feel my whole body start to tremble. I decide to call Tony's phone.

"Y/n? What's wrong? Has something happened? Has he hurt you?"

"I'm fine but the cell just went into emergency lockdown."

"So? That means Loki definitely will not be able to get out."

"There's one slight problem. I'm still in the cell."

"Hang on I'll be there in a second."

Tony puts the phone down. I turn around to see Loki drawing something in the notepad.

"What are you drawing?" I ask.

"You." He answers in one word.

He smiles at me and I loosen up a little. Maybe he isn't as bad as he seems...

Ten minutes later, Tony walks to the glass of the cell. "Why did you go in there in the first place?"

"Because I wanted to! You can't control every action i tale Tony! Mom and Dad are dead but that doesn't mean you replace them and boss me about instead!"
