Will stood staring at the Demogorgon, which Which was right in front of him. He found it funny that all these years he's been terrorised by the creature when he would play D&D with his friends, and now it was probably going to kill him in real life. The creature looked different, but he knew it was the Demogorgon; it had a flower shaped face, covered in teeth and it's skin was a purple tone, almost completely different to the two headed dragon-like creature he knew in the game. The Demogorgon, however, was looking for him. Will hid under the rotting table of the classroom, hoping to survive the creature's game of cat and mouse, and hoping his friends would help him. But he knew that his friends probably haven't heard about this place, considering he knew the only two things his friends focused on were Dungeons and Dragons and getting girlfriends, unbeknownst to him they already had them. He felt like he wasn't going to be able to escape as the Demogorgon stomped around the room, making it's weird screeching noise. When the purple monster left the room, Will climbed out from underneath the teacher's desk, which the Demogorgon didn't look under for some reason, and snuck out. He didn't know where the exit was, so now he just had to play along, no matter how much he didn't want to, considering he was now being chased by the creature that could kill you in one bite with those thousands and thousands of teeth, all sharp and sparkly like a crocodile's smile.
Eleven and the Mike were now awake. Dustin and Max were still asleep, so they just cuddled together. El had her head on Mike's chest, while Mike had his arms around her, taking in her scent. It was a mix between flowers and honey and was a very delightful smell to Mike, and he then kissed her, taking in her taste. It was even better than her scent, and Mike wanted to kiss her lips all day and all night, but he couldn't, so he took the opportunity to do it at that moment, and cherished the time he had with Eleven because he knew one day he'd have to let her go, and he didn't want that to happen for years.
Once Max and Dustin were awake, the four went to get breakfast. Because Mike's mom was there, Mike wasn't allowed to get close to El in a couple like way, so he held her hand under the table, while Mike and El ate their Eggos (Mike's mom bought them because El liked them). Dustin and Max just ate and ignored each other, because they can be quite good at faking that they didn't like eachother when they had to, so the four were happy when they went to school. El went on her bike, as well as the boys, and Max went on her skateboard, just like normal, and tried to get to school as soon as possible so that they wouldn't be restricted to holding hands under the table and could cuddle like they did earlier.
Will stood against the wall of Mike's house, wishing the four, Mike, Max, Dustin and Lucas, were with him at least. They could help, but they were in the right side up, so they couldn't do so. So he thought about things they did together.
It was close to Christmas, so the four of them went ice skating. Lucas and Max held hands and looked in eachother's eyes as they glided across the surface of the ice, while Dustin was as ungraceful as an elephant in a room full of China teacups. He kept falling on his bottom, especially when he was trying to do awesome and very complicated tricks. Mike was actually the best, considering his sister, Nancy, was once an ice skating champion as a child, but he would mess around with Dustin, purposefully making himself fall over, probably just to be funny. He'd always do things like this to cheer people up. Will sat down on the bench, frowning because he didn't know how to ice skate as well as the others (except Dustin). Mike skated over, almost effortlessly, and pulled him up by the arm. Holding his wrist, Mike skated, trying to show Will how. Luckily, Will got the hang of it and was almost as good as Mike by the time the ice rink shut.
The four of them were at the shop, trying to get items for Max's birthday party. Dustin was picking up random things to show Will and it made Will laugh to see what the store had. Lucas was picking up stuff Max didn't like on purpose, and putting them in the basket while Max told him off and put the items back on the shelf, laughing at Lucas's attempts to take the items back from her, but she was taller and held the item she was holding above his head. Mike would laugh, considering he was always the easiest one to make laugh.
Will missed his friends, and hoped they'd come for him soon.
