"Amethyst, you are going to fall." Sally said, finally able to go outside. And Garnet didn't allow Pearl to always follow her around.

"Psh, no I'm not!" Amethyst said tiptoeing on the very edge of the cliff. She was teasing Steven by freaking him out and worrying him. She was cartwheeling and running right on the edge.

"Amethyst!" Steven yelled.

"Steven, I'm a gem warrior. I'm not gonna fall--" The land under her broke and she fell right onto a rock. She yelled, "I'm okay!"

Steven and Sally ran down the hill as fast as they could, getting Pearl and Garnet on their way.

"Hey, Steven! And Sally!" Amethyst said.

"Are you okay?" They asked. Amethyst nodded.

"Except for... This!" She uncovered her other eye to reveal her eye was very large and seemed to look stretched out of whack.

"Show us your gem!" Pearl ordered.

"No!" Amethyst said. Garnet grabbed her shirt and pulled it down to show her gem was cracked.

"You're... Gem is cracked!" Pearl said.

"Rude! It's not a big deal!" Amethyst yelled. "Plus, now I have this cool googly eye."

Steven laughed a little, but the others were taking this very seriously.

"How did it crack?" Pearl asked.

"She fell off the cliff by the lighthouse." Steven said.

"Of course. Why didn't I put a fence up there before?" Pearl said.

"So what's the problem?" Steven asked.

"Her gem is damaged badly." Pearl said.

"What do you do to fix it?" Steven asked.

"Before, Rose would just cry on it. But I don't know if you have her healing tears." Pearl said.

"Well, since he most likely wouldn't have it, we need to take Amethyst to Rose's healing fountain." Garnet said, bringing Sally back memories she'd rather not remember. "Let's go, gems."

They warped to a place that was all too familiar to Sally. The place where she corrupted. Pearl was probably remembering poofing her even though it could've hurt Sally.

"I don't see it." Garnet said interrupting Pearl and her explination of what this place was. Pearl gasped.

"B-But we were here just a month ago!" Pearl said. The place was overrun with thorn plants and bushes.

"Must've grown quickly." Sally said, not trying to look directly at Pearl.

"Pearl, Sally and I will go look for a way in. Steven and Amethyst, stay here." Garnet ordered. Steven nodded.

Pearl, Garnet and Sally walked down a tight walkway, trying not to get stabbed or grabbed by the bramble.

Sally wanted to talk to Pearl, but she felt like Pearl was trying to avoid her. She didn't want to risk embarrassing herself, and kept her mouth shut.

"It's a dead end." Garnet said stopping. The other two stopped and looked and saw that it. They turned around and headed back.

As they came back, they saw Amethyst run into a rock, making the gem worse. The glitching worsened as well. Her head and foot switched places.

Garnet got tired of trying to find an easy way in and just punched a very large rock into the bramble, making a tunnel. They walked into it.

"Oh, no." Garnet said. Pearl gasped. The fountain was no longer running.

Steven stared at the statue.

"Is that... Mom?" He asked. He then realized he was about to cry. "Oh, I'm getting emotional!"

The gems ran up, Amethyst sliding under him so he could cry onto the gem. But it didn't come out.

"Oh, come on!" He yelled.

"Steven, it's fine. You stay here with Amethyst. We'll find the problem." Pearl said.

"Sally, you come, too." Garnet said. Sally nodded and followed them into the dark tunnel.

They walked for about ten minutes before getting to a giant pipeline that had broken apart. The tears were leaking out of the broken part, soaking the gems. Garnet got under one peice and lifted it, while Pearl and Sally lifted the other. Garnet had to plug them together herself, which was very hard.

After a while, they eventually got it to come together. They turned and came back as fast as they could. When they got back, the fountain had restored to it beautiful way, and flowers were floating around everywhere. Amethyst was healed and the tears were coming out just fine.

Sally was happy for them, at least they didn't have any problems constantly, or not knowing how to use their gem. Or deal with Pearl. She wished she could like that. She wished she could be... human...
