The Dare

Ever since I was little, I told people I was fearless simply because I didn't have a distinguished fear. Don't get me wrong. I get scared sometimes, but not over specific things. There was one thing that everyone was afraid of in my hometown: the mansion near the high school. No one has ever gone in there. At least not that anyone knows. It was shrouded in mystery, which is what scared everyone. They said it was haunted. How ridiculous is that? Ghosts don't actually exist. None of those supernatural creatures. It's a load of bull crap. At least, that's what I thought until I became the one person to go inside.

I stayed after school for dance practice. During a break, we decided to play Truth or Dare. When I was asked, I naturally said dare, knowing there's nothing I'm scared to do. Well almost nothing. The girl who asked me spoke almost immediately, as if it had been planned before. "I dare you to go into the creepy house!"

I agreed, saying that I'd do it after practice. I felt no fear...until I was standing at the gate about to go in. Of course, I could never show my fear so I turned around to look at my friends, smirked, and walked in. It was surprisingly well kept for being "haunted" and "abandoned." I took a few steps inside. I turned my head as I heard something fall, turning back around when I felt a slight breeze go through my hair. When I did, I saw 10 boys around my age standing in what seemed like a planned formation.

The boy in the center, who seemed to be the shortest, spoke first. "Who are you and why are you in our house?"

First part done. Sorry it's so short. I'll try to make the later ones longer. I also plan to make 10 different endings: one for each member.
