Once my father was defeated, the wall of fog around the boys dissipated. Let's just say that they were a bit flabbergasted about what they were seeing. I can't blame them. I felt the same way when a similar situation happened to me. Once everyone had been ushered inside, we explained what had happened, which didn't really help with their surprise.
Taeseon was the first to recover from the shock. "So let me get this straight, our little y/n, Samuel, and the sister they just met time traveled so that the new sister could double cross their dad?"
"Well...when you put it like that..." I was at a loss for words at Taeseon's summary of our story. It wasn't inaccurate, but still...Wow. That happened. Just a few months ago, I was just a normal high school girl. Now I'm surrounded by werewolves, a vampire, my half-goblin-half-angel brother and half-goblin-half-witch sister who were born at the same time as me, and my half-werewolf-half-fairy best friend. A lot has changed. I've literally watched almost everyone I love die then rewinded time to bring them back to life. Not everyday that that happens. "I also got my real memories back. Well, at least some of them. I still don't remember dating Minsu or which ever of the other ten of you I apparently dated."
The boys all looked relieved to hear that I regained most of memories. Not long after that, Wooyeop changed the subject. "Y/N-ah, you were in a dance team in the other dimension, right?"
I just nodded, motioning for him to continue. He did not two seconds after. "Well, you know, we can dance a little too. I'm sure you could use something to get your mind of off everything that happened today."
I smiled and stood up, knowing where he was going with it. "Then let's go. Just don't complain when I'm better than you."
~~~~~Years Later~~~~~
From that day on, Wooyeop and I would spend most of our time dancing together. Sometimes the other boys would join in, but more often than not, it was just me and Wooyeop, not that I complained. At some point, Wooyeop and I had started dating.
Today was the anniversary of the day the situation with my dad was resolved. It was hard to believe that it was so long ago. I still have nightmares about it. Wooyeop and I have been preparing a routine for the other guys (the wolves, Samuel, and Minsu) and the girls (Suyung and Sora). Right before dinner, Wooyeop and I performed the dance we had choreographed together.
As we finished, Wooyeop made a point to land in a kneeling position, which wasn't in the original routine. All of my attention was on him as I tried to figure out why he decided to change it like that without warning me. Before I could say anything, he started talking, reaching to his pocket.
"Y/N-ah...I've loved you since we were kids. Even before everything happened, I knew that you were the one, and I was waiting for you to come back to me, to us. When you finally did, I was so happy to be able to be with you again, especially after we started dating." He pulled a small box out of his pocket. "Will you marry me?"
My hand covered my mouth in surprise as I nodded, hugging him when he stood up. The equally stunned audience erupted into applause as I tried not to cry. He turned the day that before was full of nightmares and fear into a day that I will forever remember as the day Wooyeop proposed to me. Who knew you could surprise someone who can see the future?
