Kaylee's POV

When I wake up, I'm not on the couch with Bree anymore. I roll over and Ashton is wide awake looking at his phone while one of his arms is draped over my torso. I pull the blanket to cover my arms and curl up in a ball. I dig my head in the sheets and feel Ashton's hand rub up and down my legs. I get chills and shiver which causes him to pull me closer and kiss my forehead.

"How do you feel?" He asks.

"Tired, and a little nautious." I admit.

"You only slept for 16 hours straight." He smiles at me. I gasp.

"Seriously? What time is it?" I ask.

"Yeah, and it's only ten, but you and bree fell asleep at seven, I'm assuming." He informs me.

"Bree. Where is she? Is she alright?" I shoot up. His grip on my waist tightens and he pulls me to him.

"She is fine. Harry took her to bed and she's still sleeping." He tells me.

"I have to check on her." I force his arms away from my body and walk across the hallway.

Bree's delicate body lays limp on the bed and her chest is slowly rising and falling. She's facing me, her arms covering half her face and she's in a ball like position. She looks so peaceful, so full of life. Yes, I know she's sleeping but she's never looked more relaxed than she does now. Her face has turned into a different shade of light pink that I haven't seen in quite some time. I hear footsteps behind me and I jump only to find Harry leaning against the door frame behind me.

"What'd you do to her?" He asks with a slight smirk on his face.

"What do you mean?" I look back at Bree.

"She's out cold, and still looks just as happy as she did when I carried her upstairs last night." He tells me.

"I just took some weight off her shoulders, that's all." I stare at Bree for a few more seconds before turning around and exiting the room. I lean against the wall and sigh. Maybe things are starting to turn up for us. Our lives have never been easy or simple, but we always found a way to get through it. For the past few years, our lives have done nothing but spiraling downfalls every time we turned around. But I turned around last night and finally something good came out of it. Finally something changed with in me for the better, and not for the worst.

Bree's POV

I wake up and for the first time I feel absolutely amazing. I don't know how I got to my room, but I did. I look around and notice that it's 10am. I furrow my eyes brows and slowly get out of bed. I look in Kaylee's room, but she's not in there so I head down stairs. I still can't believe that she admitted those things to me and that I actually told her everything I felt. It's unreal.

"Sleeping beauty awakes." Kaylee says. I look over to her in the kitchen and she winks.

"What?" I ask.

"You fell asleep at seven o'clock two days ago." She informs me. I gasp.

"So I've been asleep for like 35 hours?" I ask.

"Yeah. Don't worry, we checked on you. I haven't left once." She says.

"What? Why?" I ask.

"I wanted to be here when you woke up. Or if you needed anything. I'm pretty sure you sleep walked to the bathroom last night though." She laughs.

"At least it wasn't the sink this time." I say and laugh with her. When Kay an I were kids, my brother said that I sleep walked to the sink and peed. Kaylee never let that go and teases me about it all the time.
