i'm going for it.
"andy, i've been diagnosed with coronary artery disease..." his face dropped. "it's caused by atherosclerosis, that is the narrowing and blockage of the blood vessels that supply the heart. It is one of the most common forms of heart disease and the leading cause of myocardial infarction (e.g heart attacks) and angina. if that made no sense it's basically a fatal heart disease and if i don't have a heart transplant before november i might not see it past christmas... i know this is all a shock but i was suffering with awful chest pains and heart pain. i didn't tell any of you because i didn't want to worry any of you, i probably should have but now i know what it is i'm even more terrified."
andy was once again in tears but i had to carry on whilst i could.
"i can't bare the thought of leaving kaycee or any of you. there's no donors available at the time and i don't know if there will be any in time"
although it wasn't my fault i felt so guilty andy looked heart broken and i couldn't do a thing about it.
"so to put it bluntly i'm going to die..."
