Addison huddled in the corner of the room, pulling her knees close to her. She rubbed her wrists, occasionally switching back and forth from each one.
"I don't wanna die. I don't wanna die. I don't wanna die!" She muttered to herself over and over again.
Illuminate had left the room, locking her in there with no escape. She didn't know nor wanted to know what he had planned.
She eyed the I he had imprinted on her wrists, it was still throbbing with pain.
Addison couldn't concentrate. She had finally gotten the friends she wanted in her life, she finally got the adventure she had been looking for and now it was all over. She was going to die.
Addison tried to keep her tears back but it was impossible, she was terrified.

Danez stepped off the ship and placed his feet on the dead ground of the planet. He turned back and looked inside the ship."Go find her." Andrew said with a small smile.
Danez frowned, "Alone?"
Andrew nervously glanced down at his hand and fidgeted them around, "I'm, um, afraid so..."
Danez sighed and then nodded, "Alright." He turned away from the ship and walked towards the large building. The ground crunched underneath his feet. It was quite cold on this planet, he shivered as a breeze blew over him. He took one last glanced at the ship, Andrew gave him a thumbs up. Danez looked away, he was at the foot of a lonley door.
Danez grasped the doorknob and slowly pushed the door open. It was unlocked surprisingly. He stepped inside and closed the door behind him. It was dark, completely dark.
Suddenly a flash of lights lit up the triangular hallway. He blinked a few times to adjust to the sudden change in lighting.
He took a deep breath and continued down the hallway. Illuminate could be anywhere.
It was quiet, all but the buzzing of electricity. Danez felt very uncomfortable, he took a very deep breath as he walked. He may look tough but he really wasn't on the inside. His heart pounded, he could hear the sobs of Addison in his head because of his special powers. His gorgeous golden eyes were shimmering with tears.
He then stopped and wiped his eyes. He then her a crack of electricity behind him and someone clicking there tongue in disappointment at him. Danez's heart sunk and he slowly turned around and saw to his dismay... Illuminate.
"Oh look a savior for his little child." Illuminate mocked.
Danez stepped back. He didn't know what to say, his entire body trembled. He wanted to run. He wanted to leave, but he couldn't leave Addison. He clenched his fists and straightened himself.
"Where is she? What did you do to her!" He demanded.
Illuminate shook his head, well what you could see as a head.
"Why in the entire galaxy would I tell you that." He laughed.
Danez blinked. He could hear cries again, this time not in his head but through his ears. He knew he was close.
Danez shrugged before spinning around and bolting down the hallway towards Addison's sobs.
Illuminate stood in his place for a short second and growled before chasing after him.
"Could she just shut up." He muttered to himself.
The chase began. Danez spun himself around corner and Illuminate's heavy footsteps could be heard behind him.
