Hey guys! This is another story about Talex having a kid in the 2018 Winter Olympics! So I hope you like it!

The American Dream. It has many different meanings. Maybe for immigrants, the "American Dream" is when the make it to America, a safe place where they can be free. But for Olympians, the "American Dream" was winning a medal for their country. This was a dream that Nick Heath had since he was a little boy.

Nick played hockey. He grew up in Portland, Oregon, a hockey town. He was going to the Olympics in South Korea after years and years of hard work. His whole family was going with him, including his parents, his sister Kate and his brother Mason.

So, who are his parents and much did they sacrifice for Nick to be able to be an Olympian? Well, his parents know the deal. The deal about being an Olympian I mean. Actually, both of his parents are Olympians themselves. Nick has two moms actually. His Mom, Alex Morgan is a one time gold medalist and World Cup champion. His Mama, Tobin Heath, is a two time gold medalist and World Cup champion as well. Alex has been two the Summer Olympics twice, in 2012 and 2016. Tobin has been to the Olympics three times, in 2008, 2012, and 2016. They were so stoked that their son would be going to the Olympics, just like them. Except, it was the Winter Olympics, and they didn't really know anything about that.

When Nick was growing up, and starting to get into hockey, they watched hockey, read books, and did anything so that they could get Nick to be the best player he could be. They did everything for Nick because they knew that they wouldn't be where they are today without their parents.

"Nick Heath, the youngest American on the United States Men's Hockey Team here in Pyeong Chang. An excellent player, expected to do very well in his first Olympic Games." The announcer says as Nick skates on to the ice in front of thousands.

"Yep Nick has been an excellent attribute to this teams success. Just graduating from the University of Minnesota last year,  now 22 years old and absolutely dominating. Having two parents who are Gold Medal Olympians, Alex Morgan and Tobin Heath who are down with Carrie in the crowds. Carrie."

"Yes Jim I am here with Nick Heath's parents, Alex and Tobin. How proud are you guys of Nick for making it to the Olympics right out of college?"
"Oh so proud. He's worked so so hard, I mean his work ethic is unbelievable. And he is focused and ready for the games." Alex smiles.
"Now Tobin what have you and Alex taught your son about the Games and the sport and competing just in general?"
"We've definitely told him multiple times that as long as you try hard and you're focused and you're having fun, you win."
"Definitely a good lesson to learn. Best of luck to Nick and the guys."
"Thank you so much."

The U.S men are in the gold medal game of the 2018 Winter Olympics versus Canada. It's the last few seconds of the game and the score is 2-2, a tie. Nick gets the puck, he dekes a Canadian defender and bursts with speed towards the net. He triple deke and the goal and shoots.

"AND NICK HEATH SCORES FOR USA! THE United States HAS DONE IT! GOLD MEDALISTS AT LAST!" The announcer yells.

Nick is dog piled by his teammates and coaching staff. When he gets up from the ground, he takes his helmet off, finds his family in the sea of people. When Nick locks eyes with Alex, he blows them a kiss, waving his arms out wide, joyous.

---------------------

"We have Nick Heath here, who scored the winning goal for the US. Nick how does it feel? You've been working all your life for this moment, it was so close and you're the one who made it all happen? Tell us what you're feeling right now?"

Nick wipes a tear from his eye.

"Ah man, I can't describe it. I am so so happy. To be coming in here one of the youngest, and playing with guys I've looked up to for so long and then getting to share this win with them, it's a unforgettable feeing."

"We saw you give a little kiss and wave to your parents up in the stands. How have they helped you get to this moment?"

"Oh my gosh. They have done everything for me. They sacrificed so much of their time so that I could become better and make it on to this team. So, I definitely wouldn't be where I am at this moment without them. And I'm just so grateful for everything that I have right now. "

"Well thanks for your time Nick, I'm sure you want to get back to celebrating. Congratulations again."

"Thank you."

--------------

Tobin and Alex rush through the crowd, trying to get to the locker room. When they finally do, they see Nick. Nick sees them. They all start to cry. Nick rushes to her parents and embraces them in his toned arms.

"We're so proud of you baby" Alex cries.

-------------

So that was it. 3 Olympic champions under one roof. What more could you ask for?

THE END.
