"What do you mean Shawn?" Emma asked. "I want everything to stop" I said. "I want to feel nothing" I said. I couldn't control my cries anymore and i let them flow down my cheek, I need to cry. I grabbed g phone and called Violet.
"I wouldn't do that" Emma said but I ignored her.
"What Shawn?" She said.
"Look I know you probably hate me right now but I love you Vi" I said. "No you don't! Okay this is just puppy love this isn't true love because if you love me you wouldn't of treated me like that" and then she hung up. I threw my phone on my bed in anger. "I'm fine" I said. "Shawn, I'm sorry" Emma said placing her hand on my arm. "It's not your fault, it's mine" I said. Emma looked at me with disappointment and then she hugged me. "It's okay Shawn, you know these things happen, people get together and then they break up, it's natural" she said. I'm surprised, I've never seen this side of Emma before. "And I know our friendship group has been through a lot, like with Theo and now this but I promise you, Violet honestly really really likes you! All she does is talk about you and how much she loves you and I know she wouldn't throw all that away" Emma said. "I don't know if she told you but her auntie just passed away from cancer this morning, her mum told her and she's been a bit sensitive and she told me what had been going on between you guys on the phone this morning" Emma said. "She does this, she hates showing her emotions and she handles it by pushing people away, give her time" Emma said. "You sure?" I asked. "Positive, besides Shawn you've known her the longest you should know" Emma said.
