We all waited for the boys to come and pick us up and soon they did and we all went downstairs and Shawn and their dates were outside and Shawn looked so handsome in his suit. We all took photos and made our way to prom which was beautiful. The theme was Paris and in the centre of the hall was a small version of the Eiffel Tower with lights round it and the whole set up was so romantic. A few hours in and a slow song called War of hearts came on (Song above) and me and Shawn danced slowly and so did all the other couples as my hands draped round his neck and we looked into each other's eyes and took in each moment. "I love you Shawn" I said. "I love you too" he said as he leaned in and we slowly but passionately kissed. We pulled away and I leaned my head on his chest as we swayed side to side while the song played. "I'm just gonna go and get a drink" I said as I left him and walked over to the drinks. "Hey" I heard a voice say and I turned and saw Theo. "Hey" I said, this felt weird I haven't spoken to Theo since the whole situation. "I just wanted to say I'm sorry" he said. "I shouldn't of treated you like that" he said. "I shouldn't of touched you in that way and I was being a dick to you and Shawn" he said. "Thanks but shouldn't you go and apologise to Shawn? And Izzy, Emma, Geoff and Brian? You hurt them too" I said. "Yeah I guess you're right, it's just I know I hurt you and you mean a lot to me and I hope you can forgive me" he said. "I do forgive you" I said. Theo smiled as we hugged. "You and Shawn look cute together, I'm glad you're together" He said and then he left and went over to Shawn and I just stood and watched as they sorted their problems out and if felt good to be friends with Theo again, he's a nice person deep down. A while later Shawn came over and kissed me. "Lets travel the world together" he said as he pulled away. "What?" I asked. "Let's save and travel the world together!" He said passionately. "I want to travel the world and see all the places I've dreamed of seeing with the girl of my dreams by my side" he said. "As soon as we leave school and have enough money saved let's go" he said. "You in?" He asked. It took me a minute to process what he'd just said. "Yes! Of course I would love too!" I said as I hugged him and that night I knew that I would spend the rest of my life next to Shawn.
