"Was I mean to him?" I asked Izzy. "You were honest" she replied. "So that's a yes" I said and Izzy just shrugged. "I just don't want to get my heart broken and me and Shawn's friendship I don't want to loose that but I think we already have to be honest" I said. "So you don't like him in that way anymore?" Izzy asked. "I don't know" I said. "I don't know how I feel about him" I said and I hated myself for it. "I know you don't mean that" Izzy said. "What? What do you mean by that?" I asked confused. "I know you like Shawn. Actually you love him" Izzy said. "You're just scared" she said. "What? You're crazy" I said standing up. "Face it, you like him and you're scared" Izzy said. "I don't want to talk about Shawn today" I said. "Okay please? I just wanna get sponsors for the 1 mike jog tomorrow" I said. "Fine, I potentially promise" Izzy said as she hugged me. "Good, let's go" I said as we left. All day me and Izzy were getting sponsors for our 1 mile jog for cancer research tomorrow. "You know Shawn's gonna be there" Izzy said. "Yeah I know and what? I'm gonna see him eventually he lives next door to me" I said. "You nervous about seeing him?" She asked. "Yeah I am, because-." I didn't finish my sentence, I don't want her to know how I truly feel. "Look I'll see you tomorrow at the run, okay?" I said. Izzy left and I just laid on my bed thinking everything through.
The day arrived of the run and I was getting ready and Izzy arrived. "Hey" She said. "So How too feeling?" She asked. "Good!" I replied as I tied my hair up in a pony tail. "Right let's go" I said as we both left. I walked outside and looked over at Shawn's and I noticed him looking out the window. He noticed me and he still didn't look away, he kept looking and so did I. "C'mon lets go" I said and me and Izzy kept walking.
