Thomas~ Storytime!

You had just moved to Florida. Your parents wanted you to continue school on your own in Florida since you received a scholarship. School hadn't started so you decided to look around and meet the locals. 

As you got into your car, you grabbed a couple of books to read if you came across a place you could read them. You drove out to an ice cream parlor and Starbucks before coming across a beach. The fresh, crisp sea air filled your lungs and made you let out a sigh. 

The beach had soft and warm sand from the sun, the water rushed across the beach calmly, and the sun was bright. You parked your car, put on some sunglasses, and grabbed a book. You were rereading the Harry Potter series and were on Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

Your flip flops touched the sand as it began to seep between your toes. As you walked out to the middle, you found a nice place to sit down and read. There were only a few people on the beach. A couple with a small boy, a mother and daughter building sand castles, a couple of teens running around, and a group of young adults with their phones out.

You chuckled to yourself but opened your book up to read. You were just getting to the part where Umbridge found the Order. You missed this series even if you've read them four times already. Though Umbridge was always the character you hated. (An: Who doesn't?")

What you didn't see is one of the young adults with brown hair and brown eyes was watching you in awe.

Thomas's POV

I saw the most beautiful person sitting on the beach. Me, Taylor, Tayln, Joan, and Leo decided to film a few Vine type videos at the beach. They had h/c hair and their bright e/c eyes were reading. Their hair seemed to flow in the wind

They was reading Harry Potter and they was smiling brightly. It was like they were rereading it again. I felt my heart beating wildly in my chest.

"Are you going to go up to them or stand here slack jaw?" Joan asked as I rolled my eyes but my face heated up. Taylor, Talyn, and Leo laughed as I glared at them. I picked my phone up and walked over to them. My heart was beating fast and I was afraid to stutter.

"Story time! A fair maiden sits on the beach reading her book when I realized they're the keeper to my heart." I stated as she blushed and winked.

"As long as you're the seeker to mine." They said as the 8 seconds were up. I felt my face heat up more as the rest of them walked up.

"I'm Thomas. This is Taylor, Leo, Talyn, and Leo." I said as they all waved at them.

"I'm Y/n." They said as I felt my heart quicken at their name.

Back to your POV

This guy you just met made your heart jump out of your chest. He was so attractive and cute with the pickup lines.

"So you're the one who's made our little Thomas fall over his own feet." Taylor said as Leo high-fived him. I blushed harder as Thomas hid his face.

"Who knew! I see you're a Harry Potter lover." Joan said as you nodded your head.

"I'm a y/h (your house)." You said as Thomas smiled at you. "It fits me well."

"Well Y/n, care to join us?" Thomas said as you shrugged your shoulders and got up.

"Sure." You said a little too happy but managed to recover and just smile slightly. You and Thomas laughed together as Joan and Talyn gave each other knowing looks.

Once you guys finished your videos, you realized how late it was.

"Sorry guys. It's getting late." You said as Thomas grabbed your wrist.

"I know this is strange but I've drank your Amortentia and I've fallen in love with you. May I perchance take you on a date?" He said as you giggled to yourself.

"You know. I think I have drank yours as well. I would love to take a date with you." You said as he took your hand and kissed it.

"Tomorrow at 7?" He asked as you nodded your head.

"Here's my number. I'll text you my address." You said with a wink leaving him and getting into your car.

Thomas's POV

I watched them drive away in their car remembering their bright eyes and their laugh. Joan nudged me.

"Come on lovesick puppy. Are you going to text them tonight?" Joan asked as I rolled my eyes and blushed before the rest of us got into the car and went back to my apartment. I knew tomorrow was going to be a great day with Y/n. I couldn't help but fall asleep with a smile on my face.
