There was a dull pain is soon gone as the serum spreads from his arm through his body. He didn't felt much just now and just to be safe he gets into the bed. Levi and the doctor are watching him and he frowns a bit.
"Come on Doctor don't you got work to do? It is not as if I miraculously heal all up and jump out of the... Urgh.. Bed.... What?" He cringes together holding his hand against his chest and balling it together into a fist. His chest felt as if it gets pressed together. An awfully hot wave bathes his body and he breaks out in sweat. It forms first as little drops on his forehead, but it soon starts to run down his face and his shirt gets drenched in his sweat as he rolls together. His muscles tense in a wild spasm. He falls into unconsciousness. His mind fully gone. Only groans come from him and the world around him starts spinning.
Hanji didn't mentioned that it would be painful, when the body reproduces missing cells to get it back together. It worked indeed, but it doesn't look like it. Fred is at Erwins side immediately checking all his vital signs.
"Levi hold his head. I need to get this in his mouth so he won't bite his tongue. She could have warned us. Erwin... Hey do you hear me?" There is no reaction coming from him only more spasms.
"I am sorry but we need to tie him down or else he could hurt himself or tear his wounds... Open.... Erwin?" Erwin had stopped moving and for a moment his breathing stops. Hastily the doctor pushes him on his back and just as he was about to do cpr, he opens his eyes again, but stares into nothingness.

Levi felt a panic rush over him when Erwin fell unconscious. He grabbed Erwin's hand and called his name, hoping to snap out of it. He didn't know what to do and he followed the doctor's instructions the best he could. He bound Erwin down to the bed to keep him from thrusting around. Then, just as the doctor was about to do CPR Erwin woke up.
Levi paused as the doctor quickly tried to get Erwin to respond.
"C-Commander?"
Levi perked up as he leaned closer and the doctor didn't seem to believe it was possible.
"Hey, Erwin. Are you ok?"
He grabbed his hand and squeezed it tightly.
