Erwin skips through the letters, not even reckoning Levi's strokes on his back. He was focused on the papers before him. There were a few Letters with the elegant feminine handwriting and another stack with neatly bound packages of letters. Erwin firstly opens one from the woman and reads over it.
    "Dear brother,
I don't know what you are saying or implying. Are you leaving us? Are you sick? Why are you talking as if you would die. And you should know  that I don't like your boy, or children in general. You better take care of him yourself. I love you, I always did even when you picked my sister, but that child. He is so much like her. I am sure you find someone else.
    Regards your sister."

The letter wasn't signed with a name or anything, but it didn't made much sense to him.
"This one is useless. I feel as if I am reading secrets from a foreign family. This doesn't feel good at all." His look wanders to the tied stack. The top letter is addressed to him.
"Oh they are for me apparently. Well makes sense if this is my home." He opens this one and the writing is still a neat one, but not feminine.

    My dear son,
This is the first letter you will receive after my death. I asked the mailman to deliver them to you and I hope he does. Son you did nothing wrong. Don't blame yourself for what happened. It wasn't your fault. You are just a child and very ambitious. Erwin my death is just an experience, learn from it and go your way. Don't close up, don't deny the truth you know, but learn whom you can trust. I love you Erwin, my sweet little child. Learn more, find more and one day reveal the truth. I believe in you.

    In love your father.

Erwin breaks out in terrible tears when reading this letter. His dream was no dream. He doesn't remember clearly, but he remembers a few things, painful ones. The death of his father and the cause of it. He was the cause, he killed him. His body is shaking from the terrible realisation.

As he read the letter his eyes widened. Was that why Erwin never talked about it. He could feel there shaking and he glanced over to see tears streaming down his cheeks. He jumped into action and hugged the blond tightly.
"Hey, let's go do something, huh? Just you and me."
He smiled, trying to comfort the distraught man. It wasn't as easy as he thought it would be has Erwin began to full out cry. While the letter did reveal the basics, it wasn't enough for Levi to understand what had taken place. What exactly happened to his father.
"Come for a walk with me. To clear your head."
It wasn't like Levi to go out at night like this, but he wanted to give Erwin something to focus on.
