Hanji musters them both again still smiling wide.
    "Yes yes go home 'rest' some more and then we will talk again Erwin. I still need to work anyway and Levi we still need you to clean out our lands. You know." She winks at them and goes without waiting for a reaction. Erwin rises his eyebrows and turns to Levi. His arm wraps around him and he gives him a loving kiss.
    "Let us go home. I will feel more comfortable there with you at my side." He did wondered about the world they live in, but he was sure Levi would show him. He hoped, that his home was not a mess. It doesn't seem like he was there often, if he interpreted Levi's statement the right way. A slight crease from on his forehead as he thinks about it.
    'I wonder what kind of man I was before. I must have been really dedicated if I lived in the barracks. Or was my work that demanding? Good that the doctor gave me the documents.'
    "Levi will you help me to find a clue on how I could restore my memory? I think it will still be helpful." His eyes are bright and his mind awake. He still had enough energy to plan his next actions and seek solutions. Maybe the serum worked way too good, because he was not feeling tired or hungry or anything, just full of stamina to use it in any way he wanted.

The two were in a horse drawn carriage through the countryside. It looked so peaceful here, the perfect place to restart a new life. He leaned against the window as he looked out.
'So, this was where Erwin grew up?' He thought to himself.
His eyes turned to Erwin, who was looking around the area as well.

The carriage stopped and Levi perked up to see a cozy little house, the perfect family home. He looked over at Erwin, seeing if his eyes would spark with memory. He reached forward and placed a hand on Erwin's hand before looking up at the other with a comforting look.
"What do you think?"
He asked softly before looking back out the window.
"Let's go."
He stood up and opened the door before hopping out of the carriage. He made room for Erwin to come out as well.

He looked around and put his hands on his waist,
"The grass is overgrown. I'll hate to see what the inside of that house looks like."
