47 - Hanji

Erwin looked puzzled at Levi for a second, before he hears footsteps just outside their door and fortunately Hanji knocks.
    "Wait a moment." Erwin shouts and Hanji freezes to the spot. He sounded just like he always did when he was scolding her. More quiet he whispers to Levi.
    "Hurry dress up." He jumps out of bed and rubs hurriedly himself with a hospital rope and throws it to Levi so he can at least rub some traces of their engagement away. Quickly he puts some pants and a shirt on, makes the bed hastily and looks at Levi, who barely finished dressing when Hanji stepped in. Erwin turns around and she gris widely at the two.
    "Oh I see you are feeling better!So it works? Ah that is awesome. Say can you remember anything?"
    "I didn't said you are allowed to step in."
    "Nah, judging by the faces of everyone I was prepared. If you want to keep a secret you shouldn't be so loud."She breaks out in a loud laughter. Erwin frowns and turns slightly red. He didn't cared much if anyone knows, he doesn't know the others anyway, but he felt as if she walked into something forbidden. He clears his throat.
    "Well I can't remember anything and before you suggest to experiment more on me, I firstly would like to go home. Can you tell if I had one? Levi didn't sounded like that." She thinks for a moment even when Fred passed by her.
    "Mr. Smith it seems as if you are feeling better. I don't fancy what you did to that," he points at the cask on the floor, "and I don't recommend for you leaving so fast now."
    "Doctor that is my concern. I feel good and my strength and energy is back." Hanji shoulder shake wildly as she mufflers a laughter.
    "At least stay till tomorrow. And I got the documents you asked me for." He hands Erwin the papers and walks out again with an unamused frown on his face. He still doubted the serum and the side effects it you'd have. Erwin puts them away for a second still waiting to get at least one decent answer to his home issue. He nndidn't wanted to stay here, even if it's more amusing with Levi.

Levi tried to get dressed, but he felt too weak to move fast enough. In fact, he kind of wanted Erwin to stay with him like that. But when Hanji came in with a knowing smirk on her face, he cursed at her. Levi growled as Hanji kept talking to Erwin. Yes, she was a friend, but all he could think about was Hanji taking Erwin's attention away. She didn't have much to add and the like male groaned,
"I think it is time Erwin goes home. No point in him staying in the barracks. Besides, it might bring back some childhood memories."
He said as he got out of bed and fixed his robes. He looked over at Erwin with a small smile,
"What do you say? Should we go to your home?"
The placed had to be filled with dust as Erwin hadn't gone there in years. At least he had something to do, he wanted to clean up Erwin's living space. It kind of excited him.
