"Aimlessly I follow"

CHAPTER 6

SANA

"Stop whining, Minatozaki!" Mina said while she rolled her eyes

I whined once again and still keeping my frown. Mina groaned but Chaeyoung whispered something which made her giggle. Ugh, these freaking lovebirds. It makes me miss her more.

"Anyways, what's been in your mind lately?" asked Chaeyoung

"Besides Twice's upcoming concert." Mina butted in

I rolled my eyes at her and stayed silent.

"Maybe someone is bothering you." Mina wriggled her eyebrows at me and I blushed

"No one's been disturbing my mind lately, thank you very much. Not even Sally."

After a few moments, I realized what I have just said. I covered my mouth with the use of my hand. Holy sht. No. Can the couch swallow me whole right now?

Mina grinned, "Oohh~ Do I smell defensiveness, Chaengie?"

Chaeyoung pretends to sniff the whole unit, "Yeah, Minari. The smell is so strong though."

"What are you? Wolves?"

"Hey! Hey! No changing subjects."

"I'm not!"

The lovebirds laugh and I stayed silent.

"What's with Sally? Don't deny more. You're already caught." I sighed

"It's just that she's not visiting anymore. I think she forgot about me. I mean, it's been weeks now. She has my number."

"And I think you forgot your TzuYoda."

I stared in the screen of the television. I disagree to what Mina said. I never forgot about her. No matter how busy I am, she always comes up to my mind. But every time I think of Sally and TzuYoda, I feel like my heart beats faster. Is it possible to fall in love with two people at the same time? What if anytime today or the next day she might show up? What will happen to Sally?

"Hey, Sana! Stop spacing out. Maybe you just miss Sally. You are friends, rights?"

Yes

"See? You see TzuYoda as your 'missing' lover and Sally as your friend."

I nodded, "Thanks, Mina." she smiled

Wait. I answered my thoughts out loud a while ago. I'm crazy.

"She just live next door, right?" Chaeyoung asked

"But I don't want to look or sound desperate,"

They both shrugged and looked at me like I have two choices: it's either I knock her door or I just sit here and whine about Sally not visiting me for weeks.

"Just text her then."

"I'll think about it, Mina. Thanks though."

"Anytime, Sana. Anyways me and Chaeyoung will be going to the mall. Wanna join?"

I pouted, "I don't want to be a third wheel. Get out."

They laughed and stoop up to walk to the door. I heard the door close and sighed.

"What am I going to do?" I asked myself

I'm currently thinking about Sally's possible reasons why she isn't coming over or visiting me. Did I do something wrong? Maybe she is busy. But busy with what? Or... with who?

Arg! I'm going to go crazy if I continue to be like this. I have never felt something like this towards to someone who I just met for the past few days.

My train of thoughts were interrupted by a knock on the door. I immediately stand up and walk quickly in front of the door. I hastily opened the door but to my dismay, I only found a small box hanging in the door frame.

I was expecting someone though.

I grabbed the small box and opened to look to what is inside. My eyes widened when I saw tickets to Twice's upcoming concert and a pink note saying:

A peace offering for a pretty lady. I'm sorry if I wasn't able to come over to your unit these past few weeks because I'm busy with my schedule. Hope you understand. Please enjoy the concert with your friends. I won't be coming with you. Sorry... Again.

I smiled unconsciously.

"Good job, Sa--!"

"Shut up! I swear to GodJihyo if you will not remain quiet, I'll kill you!"

I heard people talking but I did not mind them I looked at the tickets once again and mentally thanked Sally.

I got inside my unit and my mood suddenly changed.

It's already late in night but Mina and I are still watching. I was eating popcorn but I suddenly remembered what I receive a while ago. I asked Mina about coming with me but she refused because she and Chaeyoung are going to date that day.

"Ya! Please come with me again. You can bring Chaeyoung." I looked at Mina with puppy eyes and she looked at me, disgusted.

"I don't even know why you are my friend. Okay, we will go."

"Thanks!" I kissed her cheek but she immediately wiped it off and smirked

"I wouldn't let my friend come by herself in the middle of a wild crowd, would I?" I shook my head and we laughed

It's Sunday but I worked my ass off yesterday. I don't know but I'm really an idiot. I stocked all the papers works and look, I came back from my unit. I almost slept inside the elevator. I'm just very tired and it's one o'clock  in the morning for GodJihyo's sake.

I lazily reached for my keys in my pockets. While trying to open the door of my unit, my eyes remained closed. When I realized that I can't fit the key from the keyhole, I knocked twice loudly.

Someone opened it and suddenly I blacked out.

I slowly opened my eyes and the first thing I noticed is that I'm not in my room. Second, someone's holding my waist tight. I removed the comforter ans I'm surprised to see Sally who is sleeping soundly.

She's not wearing her mask but half of her face is covered by the white, fluffy and soft pillow. Her brown hair is on her face. It's fascinating how she breathes and she looks like an angel while sleeping.
