(A/n- This kinda sucks but eh. Also I was originally just gonna make it fluffy but then I was like: I should have one of them pointing out how cliché everything is. Yes that's a good idea.)

Jack and Katherine walked hand in hand through an amusement park, despite Katherine claiming the whole situation was very cliché. Which only caused Jack to scoff and shake his head.

"What should we do, go on the ferris wheel?" Katherine asked, jokingly. Jack considered this, and with his free hand booped her nose. "Jus' cause you said that, I think we should." Causing them both to giggle, as they walked over to where the ferris wheel was and got in line. Tons of other teenagers were in line, along with kids, and older couples.

As the sun started to dip below the horizon, it was Jack and Katherine's turn to get on. It wasn't anything fancy, as expected for something at an amusement park. A red seat, large enough for two, maybe three people, and a bar that could be lifted up and down.

As soon as they got on and the person who worked there had made sure everything was secure, Katherine laid her head against Jack's shoulder. I thought you said "This whole situation is so cliché," Jack said teasingly in a slightly higher pitched voice. "Oh hush you," Katherine grumbled as the wheel started to move.

Katherine's slightly grumpy mood faded and was soon replaced with a wide smile and bright eyes. The sky was streaked with various shades of golds and pinks and blues. Jack wrapped an arm around Katherine's shoulders which caused them both to smile even more.

It was in this moment Jack really wanted to draw Katherine. He tried to memorize the look of happiness on her face and the way the sunset looked around them. It would make a beautiful drawing he thought, but seeing it now is just as beautiful.

Up and down, up and down the wheel went. The sound of children's laughter in the other seats was
present, but Jack and Katherine stayed relatively quiet. No words needed to be spoken to know this was an amazing moment.

Eventually they did have to get off, much to both of their dismays. "Guess that wasn't so bad huh, Kath?" Jack asked. Katherine grinned and shook her head "Not one bit of that was bad." And Jack, in one brave moment blurted out, "You know you looked really beautiful up there. Not that you always don't cause ya do. But..." he trailed off and Katherine grabbed his hand. "Thank you," she said softly and looked right into his eyes. They were so full of love and in that moment Katherine realized how lucky she was.

She stood up on her tip toes a little bit and gave him a kiss, short but sweet. Both of their cheeks were slightly pink, but they didn't mind. "Now," Katherine said breaking the silence, "let's go win some prizes! Whoever wins the ring toss gets cotton candy!"

Jack grinned as they ran off to find the ring toss, "You are so on, Plumber!"
