Chapter ~10~

Justin's pov:

"What kind of proof?" I ask. A little sassy too I might add.

"Tyler." She says looking from me to him. I look over at him. He pulls his shirt down a little by his neck so you can see a big ass bruise on his shoulder.

"At you kidding!? That wasn't me." I argue.

"Yes it was. You were mad becuase I cheated on you so you wanted revenge."

"Listen Tyler. First of all I would never hit you. I would never hit anyone unlike you. And second, I don't care anymore that you cheated on me. I have someone else now and I don't need you. Now why don't you stop being a pussy ass bitch and stop lying." Now I'm getting mad. This is bullshit.

"You're the bitch." He says.

"Boys!" The principle raises her voice.

"Who do I believe here?" She asks.

"Me." Tyler and I say at the same time.

"Ok listen. This is a warning. You two either get along or stay away from each other. Clear?"

"Crystal clear." I say glaring at Tyler. I get up and walk out of her office. On my way back to the lunch room, I see Raegan walking.

"Where have you been Jay?" He asks. I don't know why but I feel tears forming in my eyes. I would never imagine Tyler lying like that. What happened to him?

"Tyler told the principle I hit him." I say.

"Seriously?"

"I-i don't know what happened Rae. He used to be the sweetest guy. Now he cheated on me and lies to the principle and tired to get me in trouble." I say. He doesn't say anything but instead he embraces me in a hug. I wrap my arms around his waist and he wraps his around my neck. He's much taller then me and I love it.

"Don't worry about him. Get him out of the picture." He says rubbing my back. I nod.

"I'm trying."

~End of the school day~

Raegan and I walk into the house and put our bags down.

"Food?" I ask.

"Definitly." He laughs. We go to the kitchen and find something to eat. As we are looking, my phone goes off. I answer.

"Hello?" I ask.

"Hi Justin this is Liz, Rae's Aunt."

"Oh." I look at Raegan quick. "Hey Liz. How ar you?"

"Um, I could be better. I just called to let you know your mom is in the hospital. I'm here now with her."

"What? What happened?" I ask getting nervous.

"Something happened with her stomach. I don't know the doctor hasn't told me anything really. We were in work and her stomach was killing her."

"Can Raegan and I come?" I ask.

"Of course. See you soon."

"Ok bye." I hang up. "Rae we gotta go." I say.

"What's wrong?"

"My mom's in the hosital. Your aunt just said something is wrong in her stomach." I start shaking.

"Ok let's go!"

~At the Hospital~

"Can we please see Kaitlyn Blake?" (I don't know his mom's name tbh)

"Of course. Room 19 down the hall."

I take Raegan's hand as I speed walk down the hallway. I see his aunt outside her room. I walk faster to her.

"Justin-"

"Is she okay? Please! Can I go in?"

"The doctors are in their now just wait a minute."

"What's wrong with her stomach?" I ask.

"I'm not sure honey. It might he her appendix or- I don't know." She says.

"But she's okay right? She's not in pain? Nothing's wrong with her. Please she's all I have left-"

"Justin, sweety she'll be fine." She reassures me. I feel Raegan wrap his arms around my waist.

"Calm down. She'll be okay." He whispers near my ear. I nod slightly. I turn myself around and hug around his neck.

"I'm scared Raegan." I say mummbled in his chest.

"I know but your mom is strong. And you have me." He rubs my back. I nod again. I pull away from his chest and look at him. He smiles.

"Justin?" I turn around and see her room door open and Raes aunt in the doorway. I didn't even know the door opened.

I grab Raegan's hand and we walk into her room. Rae's aunt gets out of the way so I can see her. She looks at me and smiles. I let go of Raegan's hand and walk to her bed.

"Mom." My voice cracks from wanting to cry. I lean down and hug her. She rubs my back.

"Are you going to be okay?" I ask.

"The doctors said I will be fine. I just need surgery on something in my stomach."

"Then after the surgery you will be okay."

"As long as I have a good recovery. Don't worry about me."

"You're all I have left mom. Thank god You're going to be okay." I wipe my face. I didn't want her to see i'm crying.

"I'm going to be fine baby. I love you." She smiles.

"I love you too."

"Why don't you and Raegan go and get something to eat. I'll give you money."

"Oh I have money." I say.

"No here." She reached beside her takes out a 20 dollar bill from her wallet.

"Thank you. You don't mind me leaving?" I ask.

"Of course not. I'm probably going to sleep anyway."

"When's your surgery?"

"Tomorrow. Do you want to stay home from school?" I ask.

"Yes." I don't hesitate. She laughs. "Can Rae stay with me?" I ask.

"Liz?" My mom looks at Raegan's aunt.

"Ok, only this once." She says.

"Thanks Aunt Liz." Rae smiles. Missing school is the best.

"Ok so you two get going. Text me later Justin I have my phone."

"Ok mom. Love you." I hug her.

"Love you too."

Raegan and I walk out of her room and head out of the hospital.

"Your mom is so nice." Rae says.

"Yeah she is. I like your aunt too."

"Yeah me too." He nods.

"So where to eat?" I ask.

"I don't care. Pizza?"

"Uh yes." I say in a 'duh' tone.

"Yay lets go!" We get into my car and head to the pizza place down close to where we live. I would be so bored without this kid with me.

Its been a few days I know I know I'm sorry. I had like 0 ideas and I still kinda go. If anyone wants to message me ideas I'm down becuase I don't know what to write next 😂 hope you enjoyed❤
