Life and Love of Madison and Kris Continued

Chapter 443: Game Day New Jersey

Madison and Kris took turns through out the night taking care of Kj, Stanley and Nadia.   Madison was awake with them now.    She fed them and changed them.   She had just laid them back into their carrier when Kris comes in to kiss her before heading to the arena for practice.

"Hey baby, I am heading to the arena for practice.

"I know, baby I have to go to.   I have to check on Matt's progress and give Sully my report." Madison says.

"Okay baby.   Taking the babies with us?" Kris asks.

"Yes just the little babies.   Noelle, Joey, Sid, Angel and Miracle will stay home with your parents.   Micah is coming too so I can get him started on his school work." Madison replies.

Kris nods his head in acceptance and they both head downstairs.   Micah was waiting for them.    Madison stopepd at the store to get a cake for Sully.

"What is that for?" Kris asks.

"It's Sully's birthday.    SInce I dont have a father Sully is like my adopted dad." Madison replies.

"He will like that." Kris says.

They arrive at the arena.   Kris heads into the locker room with the cake, to change for practice.    Madison takes Micah and the babies into her office.    She sets Micah up onto the lap top for his school work.   She then leaves the office taking her keys with her locking the door behind her.    She heads into the training room area.   Murray was waiting for her.

"How do you feel?" Madison asks him.

"I feel like shit ran over twice." Murray replies.

"Headache?" Madison asks.

"Yes." Murray answers.

"Okay I am going to run the concussion protocol on you again." Madison replies.

"Okay." Murray says.

Madison and Murray go through the protocol again.    

"Yeah you aren't playing tonight.   Might be out a few games.   You have  concussion."  Madison says.

"Okay.    I know I am in good hands." Murray says.

'"Yes you are.   We will work together to get you healed correctly and back on the ice." Madison says.

They talked a little more and then she sent him home to get some rest.   She wrote him a prescription for medcine to help with the headaches.     She then heads out to the ice. 

"Well how is he?" Sully asks.

"Concussion." Madison says.

"Okay." Sully says.

"He will be okay.   Might be a few games." Madison says.

"Okay, I know he is in the best doctors hands.    You will get him back to health." Sully says.

"I Will do what I can.    Happy Birthday Sully." Madison says hugging him.

"Thanks." Sully says hugging her back.

She headed back to her office.    Micah had just finished his school work.    Madison uploaded it to the system.    Micah got good grades again.    They then head to the locker room to wait for the guys.    Madison prepares the cake with candles.

A few minutes later the guys trickle in.   Finely coach comes in.    Madison had the candles lit and they sang happy birthday to him.    Sully was happy.    They ate the cake and then showered and changed and all headed home to their homes for a much needed nap.
