Life and Love of Madison and Kris Continued

Chapter 417: Off Day

Madison had been awake off and on throughout the night giving the babies all their medicine. They had all been on the antibiotics and ear drops for over 24 hours and were on the mend. Madison had just laid back down after giving them a dose. She was exhausted.

"Hey baby, Coach gave Sid and I the day off from practice because of the all star game. So we decided we were going to take Micah and the babies out for a little bit so that you could get some sleep." Kris says.

"Oh my god I love you and I love Sid. I need sleep." Madison says.

"I know baby. So you snuggle the dogs and relax and Sid and I will take the babies out. And then later Sid, Nadia, Geno and Anna want to do something fun with us." Kris says.

"I like that we don't hang with Geno and Anna nearly as much." Madison says.

"Yeah, I know. So what is the deal with the babies medicine?" Kris asks.

"I they already had their dose of antibiotics today and their ear drops but will need them a little later in the day." Madison says.

"I can do that baby." Kris says.

"Okay." Madison says.

Kris kisses her head and then covers her with a blanket. Madison was already out cold. He quickly showered and then woke the babies up. He gave them a bottle of breast milk so he didn't have to wake Madison. He also gave them some baby food as well. Once they were fed he put them into their outfits for the day and into their carrier. He then went into the game room where Micah was doing his school work.

"After you are done buddy we are going out with Uncle Sid for a little bit." Kris says.

"Okay." Micah says.

"Mom later on can you watch the babies and Micah?" Kris asks.

"Yeah taking Madison out?" Ruth asks.

"Yeah, going out with Sid, Nadia and Geno and Anna." Kris replies.

"Well if need be I can watch the Crosby babies and Nikita and their babies as well." Ruth says.

"Thanks Mom." Kris says.

"Anytime you know I love babies." Ruth says smiling.

Micah finished his school work and Kris uploaded it. He did well again. Kris was happy. That was when Sid arrived.

"Ready to go?" Sid asks.

"Yes we are." Kris replies.

They get in Sid's car and head to the zoo. It was cold but they were all bundled up. They head straight inside and towards the Penguin exhibit.

"Here to see Sid and Letang?" The zoo keeper asks.

"Yes and whoever else can come play." Sid says.

"Sounds good." The zookeeper says.

A few minutes later he brought out Letang, Sid and a few other penguins.
