Life and Love of Madison and Kris Continued

Chapter 572: Castle Building

The next morning  Kris and Madison wake up together.

"Hey baby going to train?" Madison asks.

"Yes." Kris says.

"Okay have fun be careful." Madison says.

"Yeah when I get back we are heading home so I can stop and get the materials I will need to start building the castle." Kris says.

"Works for me." Madison replies.

Kris gets up and puts on warm up clothes.   He then  heads down to the living room meeting Kris, Geno and Sid there. They head out to Sid's truck and they get in. Sid heads to the practice facility. They park and head inside.   They go to the training room first and work out. After that they change into their practice gear and head out onto the ice.

"So what is on the agenda today?" Jake asks.

"Well I need your help. You know Noelle, Joey and Sidney's birthday is coming up."Kris says.

"Oh god it is." Geno replies.

"Yeah well I want to build her a castle in the backyard." Kris replies.

"And you want us to help you build it?" Sid asks.

"Yes." Kris replies.

"I am down." Jake says.

"Me too." Geno says.

"I am down too." Sid replies.

"Thanks guys." Kris says.

They play a little hockey just shooting the pucks around. A little bit later they head to shower and change. They then head back to Sid's house.   They go in the girls must have still been asleep because it was quiet.   Kris heads up to the room him and Madison were using while there finding Madison curled up with all of the kids.   Kris goes and kisses Madison first and then each of the kids.

"Hey baby." Madison says.

"Hey ready to go?" Kris asks.

"Yeah the kids are too just need to be put in their carriers. " Madison says.

"Okay baby." Kris says.

Madison gets up and they put the kids in the carrier.    Micah wakes up.   They all head out to Kris's car.    They then head to Lowes.   Kris goes in and gets what he needs to start while Madison stays in the car with the kids.     Kris loads the stuff into the back and they head home.     Not long after they arrive Geno and Anna come over.   Geno and Kris start to set things up. Jake and Taylor arrive next.  

Madison opens the door.

"Hey guys. Just waiting for Sid and Nadia." Madison replies.

"Okay." Taylor says.

"Kris and Geno are already out in the yard." Madison says.

"Thanks." Jake says.

He kisses Taylor and then heads out to back yard.

"Did you bring your bathing suit?" Madison asks her.

"Yes." Taylor says.

"Good lets all get change into our suits. We can get in the pool with the kids and watch our men sweat as they build the castle." Madison says.

Sid and Nadia arrive. Sid goes out to join the other guys. Taylor and the girls get changed into their suits. They then get the kids ready and head out to the pool. It was hot out so the water felt good.

"So what is this castle going to consist of?" Sid asks.

"Its going to be huge. It will have a kiddie pool, a ball pit, slides, monkey bars to get from one side to the other." Kris says.

"Oh will be fun to build." Geno says.

"I agree and the kids will love it." Jake says.

They start to build the foundation. They got a good bit up when it started to thunder. They got the tarp up over it so it wouldn't get wet. Them and the girls all just made it into the house when it started to poor down rain.

"Damn that came out of nowhere." Sid says.

"It did." Jake replies.

"Good you guys can help me start my report." Micah says.

"oh that will be fun." Kris says.

Madison orders pizza for dinner. They sit around and eat talking. They then help Micah start his report.    Jake and Taylor leave, followed by Sid and Nadia and Geno and Anna.     Madison and Kris get the kids all into bed and then head to their room.    Kris and Madison head to the shower.   They both get one before heading back to their bed.

"Wanna watch a movie?" Kris asks.

"Sure baby." Madison replies.

Kris puts on Titanic and they lay there watching the movie.    They end up falling asleep during it snuggled together.
