The next morning Madison and Kris woke up when the alarm went off. They both get up.
"So are we staying in Vegas tonight after the game?" Madison asks.
"No we are all flying to Miami with Geno and Anna." Kris says.
"All of us?" Madison asks.
"Well besides Autumn and Justin and Taylor and Jake." Kris replies.
"Okay." Madison says.
"Yeah Geno and Anna invited us down to their house in Miami." Kris says.
"I won't complain I will get to see Nadia and Anna for a little bit longer." Madison replies.
"Yup and I can train with Sid and Geno." Kris says.
They finish packing and do the sweep of their room. They then head to get the babies ready and then do the same thing with their luggage. Kris grabs it and they head out into the living room. Everyone was waiting.
"Plane is waiting for us." Justin says.
"Awesome let's go." Sid says.
"Everyone ready?" Jake asks.
Everyone nodded their head. They all did one final sweep of the hotel room making sure they all had everything. Once they were assured they all did they head to the car. They drive to the private airport and turn the car in. They then all get onto the plane. Once everyone was on board and bucked in they took off.
"So after the game we are flying back out?" Autumn asks.
"Yes you and Justin are returning to Kelowna and the rest of us are going to Miami." Madison replies.
"No I am going to Pittsburgh." Taylor says.
"Oh yeah that is right." Nadia says.
"I wish I could go to Miami but that would be impossible with me taking off for Autumn's weddling." Taylor replies.
"It's okay there is awlays next time." Anna says.
They doze off for a little bit. They all wake up when they land. They decided to leave the luggage on the plane since they would be coming back in a few hours. They all get off and head to the arena. They were sitting up in the the suite tonight. They head up.
"Oh they are having a buffet dinner." Madison says.
"Awesome I am starving." Autumn says.
"Me too" Nadia replies.
"I am too." Anna says.
"So am I." Taylor says.
They all head to get food. Madison, Anna and Nadia made a plate for the babies. They sit down and eat. They end up going back for seconds. It was almost game time.
"I hope Vegas can force a game six." Kris says.
"Me too." Sid replies.
"I hope so." Geno says.
"I really don't want to watch the Caps win the Cup." Jake says.
The pregame show started. The kids were loving it. After the national anthem was sung the first period started.
"Well they look alot better tonight than they did the other day." Kris says.
"Yes they do." Sid replies.
"They do the defense is looking better." Justin says.
"I agree. "Geno says.
"Yeah I agree as well." Jake says.
The first period ends with the score still 0-0.
"God I so stressed and its not even a Penguins game." Autumn says.
"I know right." Madison says.
"I hate this. "Taylor says.
"Well get used to it because you are married to a hockey player so this will be your life." Nadia says.
"Yes this is practice for you." Anna says.
Micah and the babies were over in the play area playing hockey Estelle and some of the other Vegas players kids.
"Micah is happy he gets to play with Estelle." Madison says.
"Their friendship is goals." Autumn says.
"I know right its so cute." Taylor says.
"It is." Nadia says.
"Yes same with Noelle and Nikita." Anna says smiling .
Finally the second period started and six minutes into it the Caps score. But then three minutes later the Knights score. A minute later the Caps score again.
"Jesus man I can't take this." Madison says.
"I know right." Autumn says.
"Come on Vegas don't go out not like this."Nadia says.
"Right." Taylor and Anna say.
That was when Vegas scored tying it. At the end of the second Vegas scored again taking the lead.
"Damn what a game so far." Kris says.
"I know." Sid replies.
"Heart pounding." Justin says.
"Stressful." Geno says.
"And everything in between." Jake replies.
After another 15 minute intermission the third period starts. The Caps go on to score two more goals and end up winning the stanley cup. They watch Vegas salute the fans. They then head to leave. They grab the kids and head to catch the shuttle to the airport.
"I am glad the kids are sleeping." Madison says.
"Oh yeah so Micah didn't fight you about leaving Estelle." Nadia says.
"Yup." Madison replies.
They arrive at the planes. They get the luggage and put it on the right planes. Justin and Autumn were getting on one with Noelle. Madison and Kris kiss her and say so long before they get on their plane. Taylor and Jake get on the another one. They then get on the last one going to Miami. One the other planes had took off it was their turn. They take off.
"Let's get a nap in before we arrive at Anna and Geno's in Miami." Kris says.
"SOund good." Madison says.
They all doze off. They wake up a few hours later when they land in Miami. They all get off the plane and get everything and everyone into the car waiting for them. They then head to Geno and Anna's house. They arrive and head inside.
"Its been a long day and night so lets turn in." Madison says.
"I agree." Kris replies.
"PIck any room." Geno says to them.
"Yes make yourself at home." Anna says
They all head up to the bedrooms. Kris and Madison pick one and head inside. Madison gets the babies seltted. They then climb into bed. They snuggle together falling into a much needed rest.
