The next morning Madison and Kris woke up when the alarm went off.
"Practice baby?" Madison asks.
"Yes, and then I want to come back here do something fun with the kids take a nap and then go out to dinner and do something fun with Sid, Nadia, Geno, Anna, Justin, Autumn and us." Kris says.
"That sounds good but what about the kids." Madison asks.
"I talked to my mom and dad and they were willing to watch them. Sid's parents are in town as well and they are coming over here to help my parents." Kris says.
"Sounds like a plan." Madison says.
"Oh Taylor is in town as well so she will probably join us." Kris says.
"Maybe we should bring my brother who is home from college." Madison says.
"Sounds like a plan." Kris says.
Kris heads to the shower. Madison texts Brian and lets him know the plans. He texts back he was game. Madison smiled. She then heads to join Kris in the shower. They go at it a few times before actually showering. They then both get it and get dressed. Madison gets the babies up dressed and downstairs. She gives the older babies cheerios and fruit and breast milk in their sippy cups and then breast feeds the youngest ones. Micah comes and down and eats cereal. Madison then starts him back with his school work.
"I will upload it when I get back from the practice facility with your dad ok." Madison says to Micah.
"Okay Mama." Micah says.
They leave the babies and Micah home with Ruth and Claude. They then head to the practice facility. They go in and Kris goes to get ready for practice. Madison heads to check on Derrick and the other injured guys. She had given Phil a maintenance day. Derrick and Carter were waiting for her in the training room.
"Derrick how are you feeling?" Madison asks him.
"Good, really good." Derrick says.
"That is good. I am like your results from rehab. However, I don't think you are ready to skate just yet. But you are almost there." Madison says.
"Okay, continue training with Jasmine?" Derrick asks.
"Yes." Madison says.
"Got it. Thanks Doc." Derrick says.
"Anytime, keep up the hard work and you will be back on that ice before long." Madison says.
Derrick nods his head. He leaves to go start his rehab session with Jasmine.
"Now Carter, how are you feeling?" Madison asks.
"I am feeling good as well." Carter replies.
"I also like your results from rehab too. I think you are close to being back on the ice as well." Madison says.
"Okay. I will keep working with Craig." Carter says.
"Sounds like a plan." Madison says.
