The next morning Madison woke up again early before Kris. She threw on a pair of scrubs and headed to the hospital. She went to check on Zach. He was doing better than the day before. The PCA pump was really helping control his pain. Madison was happy. Once she finished her visit with him she writes her note and then leaves to head home. She gets home and finds Kris still sleeping. Joey, Sid and Noelle had snuck in and were laying with him. Madison strips out of her scurbs putting her pj's back on and climbs into bed with them. She snuggles them.
A few hours later they wake up when the alarm goes off.
"Good morning baby." Kris says kissing her.
"Good morning." Madison says kissing back.
"I see are little escape artists joined us." Kris says kissing the babies.
"They did." Madison says watching him play with them.
They play with them for bit before Madison gets them dressed. She then gets dressed and takes them down to the game room. Kris comes down with the rest of the kids. They then head to the arena. Kris had something to do and Madison needed to do a few things as well. They arrive and Kris heads to the locker room. Madison heads to the training room. Carl was waiting.
"Go head out and practice/skate. I am clearing you medically." Madison says.
"Thanks Madison." Carl says.
He heads to go get ready for practice. Madison documents what she needed to. She then goes and tells Coach she was clearing him. She then heads out to watch skate. Nadia, Anna and Autumn were there.
"Hey newly wed." Madison says.
"Hey." Autumn says.
"How does it feel to be married." Nadia says.
"I feels good to know that I get to spend the rest of my life with the man I love." Autumn says.
"It is a wonderful feeling." Anna says.
They chat a little before spillting ways as practice ended. Kris comes to get Madison and they leave and head home. They go up and lay down taking a much needed nap.

A few hours later the alarm goes off. Madison puts on her jersey and Kris puts on his suit. They then head down to the game room. Madison gets the kids ready. They were taking Noelle and Micah with them and Ruth was bring the rest of the kids with her later when she headed to the game. Madison puts the kids in the car and then gets in. Kris get in and they head towards the arena. The arrive and head inside. Kris heads to the lockerroom. Madison takes Noelle and Micah to get food. The meet up with Anna, Nadia and Autumn. They get their food and then head back to the runway. Ruth had arrived and taken the other kids up to the box with her and Mario. The guys take the ice for warm ups. Thrity minutes later they come off to get lined up. Kris comes over to Madison.
"Good luck, be careful and I love you." Madison says kissing him.
"I love you too, thanks and I will." Kris says kissing back.
He then lines up. They head out for the national anthem. When it was sung the first period starts. Neither team scores. So after 20 minutes of play it was 0-0. After a brief intermission the second period starts. Nine minutes into the second Jake goes down and score a goal.
"Hell yeah my baby with an assist." Nadia says.
"That was aweosme." Anna says.
"Lets keep this up boys." Madison says.
"Yes." Autumn replies.
A few minutes later the Caps end up on the power play. Oshie end up scoring tying the game. Five minutes later Geno goes down and scores.
"Hell yeah my baby scored." Anna says.
"He made sure he got that in." Madison says.
"Wait how are they challengeing that?" Autumn asks.
"That was a goal." Nadia says.
The review the play and the call stands a good goal. The girls erupt in cheer. The second period ends and after a brief intermission the third starts. Neither team could score. Finally the Caps pull their goalie to have an exta man on the ice. with a little under a minute left in the game Kris and Sid set up Jake who scores an empty netter. As Sid and Jake were celebrating the goal TJ Oshie lunges at Kris knocking him int the boards. Kris goes after Oshie who knocks Kris to the ice. Kris throws Oshie around getting in some punches. They break up the fight and send both to the sin bin.
"You know I am not even mad at him for that." Madison says.
"Heck no. Oshie picked the wrong one." Nadia says.
"Yes he did and he payed for it." Anna says/
"Yes he did. Kris was not playing with his dumb trashcan self." Autumn says.
The game end and the Penguins win it tying the series 2-2. The boys leave the ice. Ruth came and got Noelle and Micah and took them home. Madison and the girls waited for their men. A little bit later they come out. Kris and Madison head to their car.
"How mad at me are you?" Kris ask as they get into the car.
"Not mad at all." Madison says.
"Okay." Kris replies.
"Baby you kicking the shit out of his punk ass was warranted. That was a dirty hit." Madison says.
"I know." Kris says.
They arrive at the house. They check on the kids finding them all asleep. They then take care of the dogs before heading up to their room. Kris strips out of his suit and changes in to his Pj's. Madison does the same. They both get into bed. Kris turns on the Nashville/Winipeg game and they watch the last two periods.
"Damn I think all of these serie are going to go at least 6 games." Kris says.
"I know. I am still shocked that Vegas lost." Madison says.
"I know me too. However, both Vegas and San Jose swept their first series teams." Kris says.
"This is true." Madison says.
Kris turns off the TV. They both make love a few times before snuggling together.
"I love you baby." Madison says.
"I love you too." Kris says.
They both snuggle together falling asleep.
