Life and Love of Madison and Kris Continued

Chapter 512: Practice/Team Building Day

The next morning Madison woke up before the alarm went off.   She called Coach and ran something by him.    She had an idea and she hoped that he would approve.    She ran it by him.    He liked the idea and agreed to let her take over practice for the day.   She called the two places and booked their two events.   She heads back up to her room.   She lays back down with Kris until the alarm goes off.    

A little bit later it does.   They both get up and get dressed.

"Off Ice practice today." Kris says.

"I know." Madison says.

"Do you now." Kris replies.

"I do." Madison says smirking at him.

She then goes to get the kids down and fed.     Once that was done her Kris and Micah head out to the car.   They then head to the practice facility.   The boys head into the big TV room to watch the game and go over plays.  Madison waited outside.   Sully comes up to her before going into the room with the guys.

"Well did you get it set up?" Sully asks.

"I did.   We have to leave in an hour to make it there in time to get educated on the course." Madison says.

"Can manage that.   Have the bus ready to go." Sully says.

"Good and the other thing is ready too." Madison says.

" I think the second acitivity is going to be fun to watch." Sully says chuckling.

"Me too.   Oh and I invted the wives/girlfriends/significant others to join us." Madison says.

"Sounds good to me." Sully says.

He told her to give them like 30 minutes and then come in and she could take over.    He then heads inside the room.

Madison heads over to where Nadia, Anna and Autumn were sitting keeping Micah and Noelle company.

"Hey Maddie so whats going on?" Nadia asks reading her text.

"I am taking us and the guys on a little team building execise day." Madison replies.

"Oh this should be fun." Autumn replies.

"I agree and helpful." Anna says.

"Yup and I have a plan. "Madison says smirking.

"Oh no, I know that look.   You are up to something." Nadia says.

"I am.  Karma is a mean little bitch and a few little stuck up twits are about to get served." Madison says.

"Oh god." Anna says laughing.

"Why what is going on?" Autumn says.

"Let's just say a few of the Penguin Wags weren't so nice when you first came around and some still aren't.   I am not going to stand by and let them treat my friend this way." Madison says.

"Thanks Madison.   That means alot to me.   You mean alot to me." Autumn says.

Madison pulls her in for a hug and Anna and Nadia join in.    A few minutes later the other girls start to trickle in the facility.   Madison heads into the TV room as Sully was wrapping up the meeting.

"Okay Madison the floor is all yours." Sully says.

"So I have an idea and I am hoping it helps.   When I played sports in Highschool and college every year we would attend this place called Gennesee Valley.    There we would do different activities and challenges to promote teamwork.   You all will be working in pairs but still together as one team.   Everyone must complete each task before moving on the the next one.  Oh and there will be a little fun competition you will be competeing against your significant others." Madison says.
